It only worked for 2 days back tire would’ve move

We received the motorcycle to give it to our grandson on his 5th birthday plugged it in and it ran for 15 minutes and it died. Plugged it in, received a green light and motor shut off again. Planning to return this motorcycle. A big disappointment.

Bought this for our 4 yr old son as a Christmas gift . It did arrive on time , however unless you enjoy a lot of little pieces and enjoy spending time putting things together this is an absolute headache. 2.5 close to 3 hrs of back breaking time setting in the floor and a few choice words it's together finally. Next purchase we make like this will have professionals involved ..lol

Good buy. It was a birthday gift to my 3 yr old. 2 speeds. Pretty basic but that's a good thing because it means less distractions.

Bought for my 4 yo grandson. It was the perfect gift for him.Their customer service is amazing. I had a slight issue and their customer servicerepresentative fixed it very fast.

not too fast or slow, perfect when going for a walk and the kids need to ride the bike.

The bike worked for about 5 minutes prior to the rear wheel locking up. Customer service was pleasant but limited technical help. They did make it right.After disassembly and troubleshooting I determined that two pieces of plastic rubbed together and seized (motor cover and wheel). Applying some force broke the wheel free from the plastic motor cover. I then applied lubricant to this surface and was careful to not over tighten when reassembling. It’s running well now.

It comes unassembled, but the look on my grandsons face priceless.

Had a mishap with the power button. Contacted customer service and since it couldn’t be repaired they replaced the item in a timely manner.
