Should've Read The Reviews

Ordered this tent to take on a 10 day elk trip to Northern Colorado. What a disappointment, first the cheap zippers broke and the tent leaked like a screen door. I don't recommend this tent.

Awesome comfortable tent

Most importantly, Im 55 and not super fit and I can get this tent up and down all by myself. Its big on the inside, with a bit of a squeeze we got two high queen air beds in there. With just one queen air bed it's ready for near glamping with plenty of room for a couple of chairs and a table. The entry way is useful, I bring a folding garden stool and use it as a mud room. The only real drawback I have come across is that its slopping sides make it slighty more difficult to reach the bottom door zipper from inside. This is the best tent I have owned, if you still want to go camping but are beyond crawling in and out of a dome tent, and are looking for something one person can erect this is a great option.

Overpriced

There are similar tents available for around $100 -$130. the material and quality isnt any better than the Ozark Trail tent I bought.

Total disappointment

I purchased this tent just before hunting season and was so excited to use it. I live in Washington state and get lots of rain. Nothing about this tent is weatherproof, the seems on every window began to leak within the first 5 minutes of receiving rain. This tent began storing puddles all over. The seams at the top of the built-in awning leaked, so you get nice water puddles in the entrance as well. If I hadn't brought a backup tent, my week hunting elk would have been completely ruined. This tent is great for kids in all DRY weather situations.

awesome

Deer season it rained and snowed temperature outside was -6 degrees. with the Mr. Buddy heater it kept us warm inside at 60 degrees. The tent never leaked. Looking forward using it this hunting season.

Good size tent

Tent is definitely heavier than other six person tents I’ve had(30+ lbs vs 16 lbs). But it definitely is worth it for the extra head room. Had two people on cots and one on an air mattress, all with gear and that is all I would want with space to still be able to move around. I replaced all the cheap skinny aluminum tent stakes with way thicker aluminum ones. The ones provided bend just with pushing them in the ground by hand when the ground gets hard. Wish the zippers were bigger and more stout. These are the same small size zippers off a wal-mart tent. Just be careful with them. But i do love this tent. I camp around 20 days a year. Definitely good value for the price.

Needs Better Stakes

I live in the Pacific North West, I have yet to try this tent out in the rain as my purchase date was in the summer of 23'. So far the first set up went well. The biggest flaw so far is the cheap tent stakes that this tent comes with. As someone who spends a lot of time in the mountains, it's usually impossible to find an area to use the very long scrawny tent stakes without hitting a rock. I had to order my own strong aluminum-angled tent stakes.

Pyramid Tent

Too many tie out lines. Entrance is confusing and one metal rod broke When I attempted the set up. I gave it away, too much trouble to erect.

Good NOT Great

Not as tough as I'd like it to be. My buddy's labs running around camp occasionally ran into a guy line or two, the tensioners snapped, the reinforced portion that connects the rope to the tent got stretched out and seam holes opened up, those holes dripped as the rain began. It was a wet weekend. I setup the tent at home to clean and dry. This tent is simple to set up with two people. I built new tensioners, used seam sealer and patched the small hole in the lower portion of the sidewall that was ripped by a dog claw.

Teepee Tent

I really like the tent. It took over 4 months to get the tent and then I find out the extended warranty started when I purchased the tent not when it was shipped months later.

Horrible

Tent is very cheaply made. I thought would be better quality than a Walmart Magellan but i was wrong. Arrived with holes in the walls, vestibul sleeve for pole torn and unusuable. 3 days old and leaked like crazy. Save your money.

Short center pole

The center pole is about 6” too short. A tent is not supposed to sag.

Easy Set Up & Comfortable Three Season Use

Used for a Week on Elk trip great size for three hunters, would not recommend for below freezing temperatures as thin material does not hold up to frost and snow plus water condensation becomes a problem but in warm conditions is very comfortable. Instructions on set up could be clearer.

Cool Tent

Although there is only one pole, there are a lot of guide lines to stake.
