This was not what I ordered. And the reply from customer service was terrible. I am so disappointed. I contacted my bank to dispute.

Collapsible is an understatement
I was so excited to get this rain barrel. It was easy to set it up by myself in about 15-20 minutes. The instructions are pics only. I figured it out while watching a YouTube video. I finished before she did. I checked for leaks and waited to collect water. The first rain we got: it filled quickly then collapsed 1 hour later. 4-5 legs are bent. I'm irritated and of course lost that water. Awesome.
Need to support the top and for shorter term use.
It is a good value, too flimsy to stand up by itself, so you will need to support the top in someway or it simply collapses and then can’t hold water. I bought 8 of them. I would buy more, seems like it could last for one or two years although I’ve only had them for two week. I’m guessing a solid container would be better for longer term use (but 8x more expensive considering item cost plus shipping) These were easy to assemble, move and store. I ordered and like the green color.
Leak due to wrinkles
It’s a waste of everything to see slow leak due to wrinkle on the wall.
