Poor shipping

Fed Ex couldn’t deliver to my residence because their truck was too large. I had to arrange another smaller truck at my expense to meet the federal express truck to get it to my residence

Very happy with the set

We enjoy the fit of the chairs and the table is a perfect size for our patio. We added an 9’ umbrella which really completes the set.

Quality Control Lacking

The quality control on the product left something to be desired. The end of one table plank was not completely screwed in, leaving the plank 3/8” higher than the adjacent plank. I needed to remove the screw, clamp the plank to the frame, and then reinsert the screw. The seat of one chair was not properly assembled. The top screw of the seat support was screwed into the bottom hole of the corresponding area of the rear leg and the bottom screw of the seat support was screwed into nothing. The top screw was also bent and the hole was stripped. I purchased the same size screws and reassembled correctly. This chair also had a good deal of flashing around several screw holes that I needed to cut off.

Love the set. Some screws (several ) were stripped. Had to replace those with larger ones. Just on the table. Husband wasn’t happy.

The sturdy set is the perfect addition to our outdoor space, we went with the dark mahogany color and navy linen cushions to match the mahogany wood pillar and beams on our house. We couldn't be happier with the price, quality, setup, and how easy it is to clean. Great product and shipping to Northern Wyoming was fast.

This is a nice quality set, but when you put it on your patio it looks like doll house furniture. This is good if you have a small area. I returned it and got the bar height set without the arms on the chair
