It is so lightweight its great and I can use it even though I have back problems. It is so easy to use and to clean up after. Everything fits together nicely and it is amazingly better than I ever expected. The power of cleaning and suction is of the best Quality and preference I have ever experienced.

Leaks- have to return

As soon as I filled the water tank and put it on the machine, the water was just pouring out the bottom. Took it all apart made sure it was correct, tried again, same thing. Now I have to take it apart and go return it.

Amazing little carpet cleaner

Great vacuum! Cleaned carpets that have not been cleaned in 2+ years with ease. Got up alot of gunk that we never knew was stuck in the carpet. Perfect for small carpeted areas and rugs.

It's a great carpet cleaner. It always left my carpet clean like a professional deep cleaning, however, it didn't even last me 2 years before it went out. I made sure to clean it after every use and it started giving off a burning smell when being used then it went out. I'm very disappointed.

I would not buy this again

After a while it leaks and it gets clogged after a while. I have a Shiba Inu and I vacuum all the time yes some hair will get into this vacuum when she makes a miss but when it gets stuck all the water and pee leaks out

Already Broken

I only used it maybe three times in a small area carpet and it,s broken. I went to use it on a small spot from the cat and it,s not putting the water out. It picks up but no output. Thought maybe a broken belt. It runs loud and when i shut it off it,s making a long winding sound. Sent it out to be fixed and the man called and said trash it. The bearings are gone on it.

It did a great job, I was surprised how well the machine worked ! My carpet is like brand new carpet now ! The whole house smells so fresh and clean! A great machine because it's small and lightweight. Rug was almost dry when I was done. My area rug looks brand new and smells great! I have a dog he sheds not terribly but still this a Great machine if you have pet instead of renting you need to buy one of this you will use it for sure and will love it! You can thank me later😉

Lasted 2 years.

For the price you get what you pay for. My engine started smoking because one part (looks like a battery) came apart. Customer service couldn’t offer assistance or able to replace the piece so my whole unit is just trash. I would’ve rather invested another $100 for something to last longer.

Excellent!

I have cleaned 3 area rugs and am thrilled. Everything has been simple and straight forward from assembly to preparation to rug cleaning to clean up. I was concerned about the dry time, but doing a couple of runs after the cleaning takes care of that. I'm pleasantly surprised and very pleased. The rugs came back to life.

Does what it's supposed to!

So far, so good. Easy enough to assemble and operate. The shampoo it came with is meh, but I wasn't expecting anything else than that for the quality. Seemed to do a nice job. And very easy to take apart after using! Much less fumbling around than my old Hoover shampooer.

Nice Carpet Cleaner.

This is an easy assembly. Works really well. My carpet has not been cleaned in a very long time. After using the cleaner several times, I decided to just suck up the water just using the "Dirty Water" container. You really have to go slow in getting all the water out. The container showed a lot of water still in my carpet. I felt it was important to run it through at least three more times until there was no water in the tank. It not only dried the carpet faster, but it would also prevent mold in the carpet.

The product itself is really good. It doesn't really really good job. I wish the tanks were a little bit bigger. You had to change out the water often but other than that it's really good!

Didn't work properly from the start.

Didn't work right since the first use. Poor suction and solution dispersion. Since it was too late to return it I was stuck with it. I'm not one to be wasteful but I finally threw it away. I had to go get a rental to clean for the holidays.

Bought this carpet cleaner at target. It was too pricey and my old one wasn’t working anymore. So far I really love it cleans my carpets fast and drys quickly. I do wish it held more water. But my room isn’t big so it’s not too much of a hassle. Does spit out my dogs hair when I change the direction I am vacuuming but does a good job.

Can't believe this lightweight cleaner did such a great job. Easy to put together and cleaning device is a breeze. Have only used once. A little worried about other reviews.

Easy to use!

There was an area of the rug where the dog lay all the time and it smelled like a dog. After cleaning, the rug smells fresh again and the little machine cleaned it well. The rug was wet for a long time though. Maybe I should have gone over it without the trigger depressed more than the 2 times in the directions. Overall, I think it's a great machine.

I like it so well I bought one for each of my daughters.

I love this shampooer! It is very light weight and I can clean it in a snap. Using this makes my carpets look and smell so fresh!
