My Cat loves this product!

This is the second one of these I have bought due to the age of my cat - they are absolutely brilliant, easy to use and clean and my cat loves it!

Never empty, always fresh.

My cats definitely drink more water now I have this water fountain. 1.5 ltr is the perfect size so it gets refilled almost daily and they are never without fresh water. Nice long lead, and you can hear when it needs refilling. And the price is affordable.

Noisy

Seems like if you don't keep the water at a certain level, then it's noisy. So I am having to fill it often to keep it quiet. That doesn't happen with my other fountain no matter the level of water.

He didn’t like it

He was kinda scared of it. The flower part in the middle freaked him out. It was difficult to clean, I had to use q-tips. I had to use them to clean the pump. Otherwise it all gets slimy and hairy, really gross.

this water fountain lasted me about 2 weeks before one of my cats destroyed the flower. while we did use it, the fountain was quite loud and needed constant cleaning. the lid doesn’t seal at all so my cat kept taking the lid off and spilling water everywhere. the bowl doesn’t hold a lot of water, which is specified, but if you have a multi-pet household, you may want to look into a larger one instead. refilling it became an hourly chore with only two cats. it’s a cute product, but i believe there’s much to be improved on.

My cats/kittens love to drink from a fountain

This mini fountain is a great addition to my bedroom so my cats/kittens can get a little drink in the middle of the night. I originally purchased the regular sized one for the kitchen and am happy that I purchased the mini one. Now the cats drink more water.

Review after 4.5 years

We purchased this fountain in 2019 and still love it. Cleaning is not difficult and we wash it out really well every month when we change the filter. Generic brand filters have been consistently available as well to save $. Sometimes I use a toothpick to get the long cat fur out of the pump but it is easy to clean. Any reviews complaining about noise are user error. You start to hear the motor spin if you let the water level get too low. Just to it off and the noises stop. It produces a low hum, which is expected for a running motor. Our cats love it and always have. We bought a small square dinner plate to keep under it because sometimes it does get kicked by kids since we keep it on the floor in the kitchen.

If I could give this item a negative rating, I would. I've had it for 1 week and it's already about to die. Terrible item.

My Two kittens love it

I bought this for my two kittens when they were 12 weeks old. They really loved it then and even now at 7 months old they still love it. Since this one is smaller I keep it in my bedroom as I have different fountains throughout my house. I recently bought the Catit Pixi fountain for downstairs to replace a stainless steal one they no longer will drink from (cats are finicky like that lol) I have had no issues with it and it’s easy to clean and change the filter. I clean it once a week and I always keep it as full as possible. The only time I even hear any motor noises is when it’s not full enough. Every cat is different and will have different fountain preferences. I find this one to be very versatile and highly recommend for kittens.

We've had this for a few months now and have recommended it to many friends and family. All of us have cats who are fiends for tap water, which can be quite wasteful to let it run for them. Since buying this, our cat will very happily drink his water and stop begging us for tap water. He took to it very quickly too. It's the most affordable one we have found which is great because I do not think it sacrifices quality. Yes, it's smaller but it still works perfectly and is still going strong after 6ish months. All you have to do is remember to fill it, change the filter and clean it. It will only get louder if it is running low on water, otherwise it is quiet enough. Do not waste your money on a more expensive one, this one is great (& cute, look at the little flower, aw)!

Cute, Affordable, and Short-Lived

I didn't expect much for the price point, but one of my two fountains stopped working within a month of purchase. The pumps are difficult to source.
