[Rewarded Review] Perfect capacity, but pathetically plastic

Although the photo & description of the product led me to believe that the base was metal, the entire base is actually plastic, which i was trying to avoid. The appearance & capacity of glass bottle is great for my purposes, but the neck of bottle is too narrow for efficient cleaning; an average bottle-brush doesn't even fit into it.

The gold center part of the flowers is made of rubber and an essential component, meaning you can’t remove them to clean the mold buildup. I found black mold in them after 5 days of use. Without a way to clean them thoroughly, I had to throw it away. Black mold will kill hummingbirds. One star for the beautiful look of the bottle. Too bad you can’t clean it.

No base replacement available

I loved this feeder while it worked, for several years actually. The only issue is that the base has disintegrated overtime and it doesn't seal properly, Perky-Pet doesn't have a replacement for it nor can I find a proper replacement anywhere. It is unfortunate because the bottle is still perfectly fine, it's very pretty and I don't want to throw it away. The 1 star is for the lack of base replacement availability.

Hard to clean!

This feeder is cute but impossible to keep clean! The end of the bottle neck gets gross and you have to change it often. Pick a different feeder!

This was a gift and they just loved the antique looking bottle.The quality and craftsmanship was beautiful. If you are a Humming Bird watcher you will love this feeder

Not exactly as I'd expected

I thought that the top opened so that I could fill it that way but it's the small opening at the bottom that is accessible. Also, the hook on the top is pretty close to the jar top, so it wouldn't fit over the hook on my shepherd's hook. But it looks nice now that it's up & I'll just use a funnel to fill it. I'm still glad I bought it.
