I would like to be able to get my money back.

The product does not meet my expectations at all and does not clean or do anything it says it does. Today, when I try to make a return (refund), I discover that I cannot and that the deadline I had to do so was 30 days and not 90 as I was previously informed in the store. At pictures shine is because of the light.

It will do the light work.

This is a light weight unit. Not made to be a hard working item. Definitely for LIGHT maintenance ONLY. Still it's a Bissell and good quality

This product came to me used. It had white paint on the plug and the chord. The two pads that were white and scrubby textured were dirty and used? THe product looked cheap and flimsy. Mot quality as all. This is not the Bissel quality I have been used to at all.

This machine works well on cleaning grout.Very easy to use.

Was amazing little scrubber! But a splash of water went in one of the vent slots and it started smoking :(

It's small and flimsy, it doesn't spin very fast, and it's too light to scrub very well.

I did not want to rate this as I started a return right away. This has no power to clean my rough tile floor. Instead of returning for cash back, I wonder could I return and put this towards a Bissel (Same Company) shampooer scrubber? I have not head anything from Bissel yet.

works good more for scrubbing!!! than polishing

it works good!!!the only thing i didnt like is the polishing pads just did a ok job didnt shine like i wanted but over all good machine the scrubber part works great!!!!

It's ok if you have a small area and patience. The pads don't stay on the polisher so you have to constantly replace them

Pro; it is light weight. Con: ait is not as advertised as a Commercial Floor Buffer. It is "Household" as best. It is like a child's toy.

Woks like a charm

I purchased to polish and buff my hardwood floors. And that it did. I had to use the white scrubbing pads to actually polish and used the green for the shine. My only negative would be not having an on/off switch. Easy to start not as easy to turn off.

Small but mighty!

This scrubber is great! Light weight and simple to assemble. It has lots of power and doesn’t “run away” with me. I would recommend this scrubber to anyone but especially for little ladies. Its light weight feature is a plus for scrubbing and handling! I love my Hercules Scrub and Clean!

Great light weight

This little scrubber will pull up stains fairly well... it can get a floor much cleaner than a mop.

Inexpensive, yet very good polisher/scrubber.

Used the Scrubber on my painted basement floor and it did way better than the other scrubber I had.

Not as advertised

It's all plastic and is so light weight It dances around the floor and is hard to control. Way over priced. It will not clean a soiled stone floor without prior hand scrubbing. Disappointed.

Great Quality

Great quality; I was looking for a heavier not flimsy item. I was seeking more commercial size. Rather small. Item does the job.
