Came disassembled and the filler vacuumed sealed, but the filler did expand and plump up. The assembled pillow is soft and has a quality zipper. It a nice pillow, as advertised.
The pillow cases are ok, the pillows and stuffing are so flat. I feel the quality in America is going downhill and we are sold the cheapest crap at expensive prices compared to the rest of the world.
