Joyside 3 pirce Wicker

There are many defects which make it very difficult nearly impossible to put this patio set together. First of all, the holes for the screws on the metal base do not line up. My husband had to cut and shave the metal so the screws would fit. One piece on the round base is bigger than the other one by about 1/2inch so again he has to cut and shave the metal. Very poor fabrication/workmanship and too many defects making it very difficult to put together. I do not recommend buying this set!

The chairs are lower to the floor than is pictured.

Nice swivel and rocking operation. The 4-inch-thick seat cushions are fairly comfortable but would've preferred 6-inch-thick cushions for a better experience.

Customer Service does not answer the text number provided. The swivel part crossbars of the chairs is impossible to attach to the bottom ring. The inside supports are too long for the ring and the screws are too short. We would have returned the product but have the ottomans and side tables put together. The chairs are also together except for the swivel ring and supports. Customer service is really poor. I haven’t contacted Home Depot yet to see if a return is possible without the packing and the set being almost assembled. POOR construction with pieces that are impossible to line up ..lots of money spent for a useless and frustrating product.

Nice set…

for the price. However we did have a problem with the base of one of the chairs breaking. I contacted HD and since we were still under warranty (the chairs were barely 7months old) they referred us to the manufacturer. I have to say I am really impressed with their customer support. They answered quickly, sent the replacement parts in record speed and were very helpful during the whole process. Chair is working as it should now.

The chairs were slightly difficult to put together the rear bolts on seat did not close the gap to back of chair. The bolts and locking nuts that hold the rocker arm to frame are all loose after 2 weeks and 1 bolt came out. I will have to purchase better bolts and locknuts 8 bolts and nuts total for rocker. Table wobbles can’t get it straight. Otherwise Looks really good. Comfortable - big cushions. Came with nice accent pillows. Rocks and swiveling nice when bolts stay in.

Love it !! However ...

This was my second purchase of this item. Loved the first, orange. Wife wanted two more, green. During assembly on the send the support bars F & G weren't cut properly. I used a metal grinder to make them fit.

Nice set very comfortable. One of the sides of the chair showed up damaged but got in touch with the company and they said they would send a new one out. We will see what happens. But it is a nice set.

Nice chairs and tabel after assembled. Assembly was near impossible. Holes did not match up on low swivel cross mounts. What a battle. I nearly threw it all in a box and returned to Home Depot. Do not recommend, especially for average person...assembly instructions and

One of two packages arrived. We could not put anything together as the pedestal pieces were missing. The only part we were able to assemble was the table. The table was so out of square that a beverage would slide off of it. The box sat in my living room for 2 weeks before we finally asked for a refund. We were told to take it to the store. That was a nightmare. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Never again.

Was a pain to put together and it didn’t line up so I returned it

Easy to assemble, excellent quality, and extremely comfortable. Only issue I had is like with anything you buy from Home Depot online, they say it will arrive between certain dates and it’s always at least a week late.

Simple we love how comfortable it is very relaxing and it looks great.

Love this set so glad we decided to purchase. We have some large people in our family and this set accommodates them very well. The cushion colors are very bright Which I was very pleased with. If you’re on the fence About purchasing this set, you won’t be disappointed
