I bought a magnum 4.5qt feeder thistle and got a regular 3.4qt feeder. False advertising not happy, but I need a feeder so I will keep it, but will NEVER buy from this Again. I feel I got price cheated as well.

Not totally happy with product

The lid does not sit snuggly on top. Had to put a clothes pinto hold it so wind did not tilt it to side

Messy eaters!

If you are familiar with the eating habits of Goldfinch then you are aware of their eating habits, they are very messy eaters. Most of the expensive Nyger seed I bought is on the ground.

Nice feeder if not windy.

The screen is a little large for thistle. Wind will empty the feeder quickly. I live in an area where I get a lot of wind. I only fill the feeder about 1/3 because if the wind blows much it will empty it quickly. Birds love it though.

Holds Lots of thistle seed and Finches!

Love this feeder! We have a dozen or more yellow finches on it all the time now (in photo its only half full and there is still a bunch! It holds so much (5 lbs?) that we don't have to fill it everyday like the smaller one with 4 perches/holes to feed at that we have. (Although, with three times as many birds on it than the other daily,we go through a lot of thistle seed, hmmm?!) But they're great little birds to watch!

Triple your pleasure of watching the beautiful finches feed

Leaves room for many to feed at one time. I have had up to 25 in the morning and evening. I have added a 24" screen seed hoop to catch what falls out + adds an additional place for them to feed. Be prepared for a crowd !!!

The feeder has a large seed capacity and is constructed well. The birds in my yard are enjoying it.
