Why did I wait so long to purchase a set of GreenPan's? The set is very well put together, extremely non-stick and very healthy according to many tests and independent studies. They immediately felt better to hold and handle while cooking. They're very easy to clean. I did a lot of research and most sites had GreenPan top 1 or 2 for non-stick cookware that can handle a lot of heat and not off-gas chemicals.

I love these pans!

Been using them for four months and cooking and cleaning is a breeze. They conduct heat so well and so evenly that you don't need to cook at a higher temperature. I've owned 4 other sets of cookware over the past 20 years and they all burned or scratched within the first month. But these are holding up nicely. My only suggestions would be to replace the 3-quart pan with a 3-quart pot and to add a smaller (8") fry pan. And maybe a steamer insert. Otherwise, they are perfect!
