Love the GreenPan
The non-stick properties are great. My last one lasted 4+ years, which I thought was good for a non-stick pan that is used often.
Great nonstick
Works great and cleans up like a dream. Can tolerate some metal utensils!
At the price I paid ($29.99), this was a great deal. The price has gone up since then, but this is still a great pan, and it's quite a bit cheaper than other similar products from GreenPan we found. We have used the pan a couple of times, and the nonstick is amazing. It looks like it will last longer than previous Teflon pans we've had, and the ceramic coating is definitely safer to use.
Green Pan ceramic cookware is great. This fry pan is the perfect size for a variety of food preparation. The ceramic finish cleans up very easily.
Greatnpan
Just received it and it is beautiful. Cooked with it last night for the first time. Eggs were perfect. I am interested to see how it holds up.
Excellent pot for the money
Wonderful pan. Have used it numerous times and cooks well on medium heat as instructions recommend. Cleans up nicely as I was hoping. Would definitely recommend.
Green pan. Great Pan.
Enjoy: Non-stick. Great interior and exterior finish. Frypan looks great and feels great in the hand. I'm back to making over-easy eggs every morning.
Nonstick does NOT last
I loved this pan to start. Very light for my weaker hands, was a breeze to clean. It heats up very fast even on lowest setting on my stove so beware of cooking food very fast. But the nonstick coating is gone in less than 6 months. Always hand washed, never ever a metal utensil. I followed all the instructions from the company (boiling water, melamine sponge, etc.). There is no build up on the pan. The non stick is just gone and everything sticks. Too bad. I thought I’d found a new, healthier pan.
The pan has been great however just got it and only used it three times. The packaging was very poor. The pan was put in an oversized box with no cushioning. The handle made a hole in the box and was sticking through when it arrived.
Was a dud. It scratched within 3 months of use. The even heat distribution isn’t very good either.
This is a STICK pan!!!!
The first 3 days I thought this pan is awesome! It’s beautiful and it’s NON sticky!!! But then I made a pancake and somehow this pan couldn’t handle it!!! It sticked badly! I couldn’t believe it. I used soda gently cleaned it. But since then this pan could not be called nonstick pan anymore!!! It sticks every time!!!!!!!!!
Good pan
Haven't had it long enough for a comprehensive review but it was reasonably priced and it seems to do the trick. If anything, it's too slippery! I browned a pound of ground beef and had to work to keep it from flying out of the pan!
4 Stars
Lightweight but sturdy. Handle fits smoothly in hands. Ceramic coating is the same as on a similar GreenPan puchase - which we love. I can´t wait to see my spouse´s reaction when the gift is opened. It was slightly smaller than I thought it would be - but only because I didn´t measure the slightly smaller one we already have.
Almost everything we cook ends up sticking to the pan, even an egg. Very difficult to clean the stuck on food as well. Ceramic coating not scratched as we only use silicone utensils, so not sure why food is sticking. Very disappointed as we’ve used cheaper non stick pans that have worked better.
4 Stars
Love cooking with this pan, non-stick surface is very slick and food slides right off. No issue with coating and pan is capable of being put in over up to 350 degrees. Construction is solid and pan has good weight to it. Bottom is perfectly flat so no pooling of ingredients and no sloping. Handle is a good riveted condition.
Love this pan! I bought two sizes and they work wonderfully. No need to use butter or oil and they spread the heat evenly. I'd definitely recommend these if you're looking for a healthier option that doesn't have the Teflon coating.
Have owned for about 2 weeks now and love it! Everything I was looking for in a pan. Lightweight and high quality, nonstick, ample size and washes up easily by hand. Hope to use for many years to come!
Best Pan out there!!!
This green pan Paris pro as one of the best pans out there! If you follow directions for the care of this product it will last forever! I’ve had one for 14 years and it still one of my favorites and has outlasted many other sets. At this point, I will only buy green pants from now on. Don’t use cooking spray, it eventually leaves a residue and causes food to stick. Always use a little butter or quality oil, because it’s good for healthy cooking, and preserves pan life. Always hand wash with a soft cloth or soft sponge because it’s super easy, and as nothing sticks to it anyway, why not. If you do these few little things, your Greenpan will last forever! I would recommend these to anyone! AAA+++ All the way!!!!
Great
Had it for a year now, still like new, perfectly slick and non-stick, no chips or scratches. I ignore instructions and use both oil and spray (depending on recipe) and haven't had any problems at all (including no problems with fried or scrambled eggs o_O); I don't use it dry except to toast stuff - that would be obviously stupid. I hard-burned stuff on it a couple times (negligence), but washed/scrubbed it off easily and it was slick again the next time. I usually wash it after each use (it's just so easy to do) but not always; and I usually do use silicone utensils, but sometimes metal - it doesn't seem to care. The outside is clean too. I had researched the heck out of pans before buying (health, durability, and enviro-wise - I believe only full-ceramic is healthier, but it's insanely expensive and too annoying to use) and it paid off - this one has lasted far longer than any other ceramic, and feels like it still has miles to go.
Not that great
I loved this pan at the very beginning. However, almost a year later, everything stuck on the middle part of the pan and it’s really hard to clean. I really wanted to love this pan. For that money i expected a better and lasting quality.
