Shipping headache.
The fence was fine, but the order fulfillment left a great deal to be desired. I ordered two of these, for a very long garden, but they shipped one, claiming they had shipped two. The customer service rep, via text, said they would have to trace the package to see what happened to the other one, even though it's evident they just forgot to put it in the box in the first place. So, here I wait, four days past the delivery date, for them to realize what they did wrong and send me a new one.
