Just crabgrass

I think if I had it to do over again I'd get something that deals with crabgrass AND clover AND dandelions. I don't have any crabgrass but I now have clovers and dandelions everywhere so I'm doing a lot of spot treatment with a sprayer.

Weed control / Bahia Grass

I liked the fact that it's consistency isn't so fine but more granular. I read the instructions and think this was a good choice for use on Bahia . When we purchased the house in 2022 the developer installed approx. 10K square feet of Bahia and then last year we added another 5K roughly , to fill in our .46 acre lot. The Bahia is doing it's job ( erosion control ) now I just hope this mixture will help it green up and the pre-emergent will kick in. The coverage wasn't as good as I hoped, but part of that was my fault using a brand new Scotts drop spreader that I had bought last year and even though it was brand new it had a couple of issues.

GREAT FIRST STEP TO GET GOING

I HAVE USED GREENVIEW CRABGRASS FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS NOW. I LIKE THE PRODUCT LINE THEY HAVE WITH THE WEED AND FEED AND FALL FERTILIZERS. AND THE PRICE THROUGH WALMART IS NOT BAD AT ALL WITH FREE SHIPPING. ALL PRODUCT WORKS THE WAY IT SHOULD JUST FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.....

No grass so far.

I have prepared the soil and planted seed in the middle of March. I kept it moisten, did not miss a single day to water. Today is April 5, no grass at all so far. Granted it was chilly weather mostly. I will update if grass will grow.

Green lawn Crabgrass Control

I use this once a month, have been for years. Does it work? Hard (impossible) to say. I still have crabgrass & other unwanteds in my otherwise nice, tall fescue lawns, but will keep using it in the hope (& belief) that it actually does some good

Great Crabgrass Control

Great product! This lawn food worked great on our grass! It definitely controls crabgrass and fertilizes the lawn. After application, in about a week or two we noticed a difference in how vibrant and green the lawn had gotten. Our lawn is nice and green!! I would most definitely recommend this product!

Didn’t work

I have a whole front lawn with crabgrass. After applying, I still have crabgrass. It did not work at all. Very disappointed. Have tried other products & was really hoping this would work, since none of the others did either. Guess I’ll never have grass on my front lawn.

Very Effective!

I had gotten a bag of GreenView Crabgrass Control + Lawn Food so that we could try it this Spring. We have one particular area of our lawn, about 1/4 acre out of the 2 & 1/2 acres, that just seems prone to having crabgrass grow and we wanted to put an end to it. I applied it early this Spring before the crabgrass would normally appear and this product has prevented it from emerging. We are so happy. Our area has had a mixed bag of weather for Spring but it didn't affect the effectiveness of this product. The grass is green and lush, crabgrass-free and weed-free, and summer isn't even here yet. It is so easy to apply and spreads exactly as it should. I highly recommend GreenView Crabgrass Control + Lawn Food. It's well worth buying/using.

This fertilizer is fantastic! My grass is the greenest on my street. I used it mid-March. It does not prevent dandelions just crabgrass is my experience. It is great for greening up your lawn when used in the very early spring. Next I will use their Summer formula to get rid or any weeds and dandelions.

Great for crab grass control

Last year my grass really struggled after having some trees and stumps removed. It was dry, sparse and started to get a lot of crab grass when it finally did start to grow. This has been helping so much with the crab grass control. I’ve also noticed a huge improvement in the grass. It’s providing all of the nutrients it needs so it’s finally coming in full, healthy and much more green!

This helped but really was not as effective as I had hoped. I applied it to-a-tee by the manufacturer instructions on the bag for my yard, accounting for weather, rain, sun, grass height, application method, amounts, and watering. I still have quite a bit of crabgrass and now have to go purchase post-emergent to take care of everything it didn't work on. Really expensive to do both each year. I'm not sure I consider this brand better than my experience with other name brands.

The results are questionable at this juncture. Applied in late February/early March and I can see some impact but we’ve had a lot of rain and very limited hot days. The fertilizer in the mix works very well and I spilled some of this product on my Bermuda and it scorched it so hopefully it will scorch the crabgrass as the weather warms up a bit! At this point, I’m a 3.5!
