Really substantial and sturdy! A deal for the price!
Better design than most. No turning of base when in place. Solves a problem that was prevalent.
Really need a template to install item
Product looks good in my bathroom.
The set screw is not long enough to hold to the bracket. The set screw should be longer so that when tightened it isn’t so far recessed. Because the set screw was not long enough it made the tightening process very difficult.

The small screws to secure the holder to the bracket is very hard to use.
The Allen wrench and tightening screw are very small and difficult to use. Looks terrific.
Different mounting plate
My daughter lost half of the Delta Greenwich TP holder so we bought this thinking easy replacement. They changed the mounting system, so will most likely return this.
We replaced an existing Delta TP holder so it was simple to just unscrew the mounts and screw in the new mounts. Study and simple to mount.

Hard to install perfectly
So many things at work here unless your a slob. The unit has to be at a height above the leg and far enough forward so you get an even pull when your sitting on the pot. Then there’s the level install with the brackets perfectly spread apart to let the roller be tight between the brackets. From there the screws that hold the mounting brackets can’t be to tight or you will scratch or dent your walls/paint when you slide the finishing hardware on. Good luck and happy screaming
