A no-brainer

This little smart garden is a non-gardener's dream. You just put the seed pods in, fill it with water and plug it in. It's a no-brainer. In just a few weeks I have fresh basil ready to use in my recipes! How wonderful is that

I bought this for my daughter and she LOVES it. It works amazingly and she has shared her basil with me for my homemade sauce and it made the sauce even better. Excellent gift for anyone.

If you are looking for a convenient and fun project before spring starts, I highly recommend giving this a try. Kids love it! It has a little float to give you an idea of when the self-waterer needs refilled. We enjoy the empty pods to experiment with our own seeds.

Indoor Garden Happniess

Quick to set up and no worries in maintenance. Originally it was set up by the window and with NYC winter weather no luck with sprouting. Changed the location and the results came in quick! I’m excited to grow others, waiting on these basils for some homemade pizza.

Such a stylish and cute little indoor garden! The built in light and watering system make it so easy to grow little plants. I recently went on the Click and Grow website and went crazy buying new pods. There are so many great options- from herbs, to vegetables and even flowers. I really want to purchase a 9-pod planter now. This would make a great holiday gift for anyone, of any age!

Nice for Midwest winter time, with patience

Bought for Christmas and set up shortly later. It took this amount of time to grow one kale pod large enough to pick the leaves (the size of a small grocery store red kale). Our two basil pods are no where near harvest; they are maybe an inch or two out of the soil despite starting at the same time. I took one star off because the light is so incredibly bright and runs for a large portion of the day, so we did not put it on our kitchen counter because it would be disruptive at night. It's instead in our basement and that's not ideal when you want to see it every day.

Excellent gift - I love this thing!!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom, and at first I could tell she was skeptical but I figured we had nothing to lose by giving it a try. The instructions couldn’t be any more straight forward. Within 5 days of setting it up, it’s already sprouting!! I planted 3 basil, but anticipate trying other herbs down the road. It’s the gift that keeps on giving :)

I started with a Smart Garden 3 and also have a Smart Garden 9 now. I wanted to grow wild alpine strawberries, and was able to use my own seeds in these. Successfully grew both white red strawberries and transferred them outside once it was warm enough. Both of my gardens now have herbs for tea growing for the upcoming cold season.

Needs improvement.

The Click & Grow is a cool concept; it provides an opportunity for those who don't have room for an outdoor garden to grow their own mini garden. Nevertheless, the technology isn't advanced and over the last 8 months, many of the plants I've grown in the Click & Grow have accumulated mold in the pod. I've tried growing thyme, mint, and basil. The only one that has not molded as easily is the basil. Not sure if spending this amount of money just to grow 3 basil plants is worth it. May as well just buy a pre-potted one and call it a day.

Very Effective and Easy

I got this on sale without any expectations and was very pleasantly surprised! I’ve only tried the Basil pods that come with the garden but they grew super fast and we get fresh leaves every week. The basil smells and tastes great. We have ours by the window but with the timed light and automatic watering, we’ve barely had to lift a finger and have three healthy, abundant plants.

We love our click grow so much! Living in Vermont it gets a little stark in the winter! Our click and grow gives us some vibrant green hues to get through the winter and some really incredible herbs! It’s wonderful to have something so user friendly(set it, water it, forget it!) and kid friendly! It’s so fun to watch the littlest family members learning about gardening and self sustainability! 🪴💚

I was gifted the CG9 for my bday and it's been a game changer. One of my 2021 goals was to start growing my own foods. The only issue is that I am a plant killer. I've killed succulents. This garden is helping me learn alot about different veggies. I plan on transplanting the second batch of veggies outside. I live in the south where our fall is relatively warm and allows us to continue growing food without too much worry. I've also pre-ordered 2 of the CG25 which has Bluetooth and modular. #greenthumb

Water level indicator sticks

This is a very simple, product. Just some very bright LED lamps on a 16-hour timer. The water reservoir has a floating indicator that is supposed to drop as the water level declines, but it constantly sticks. I've been fooled by that a couple of times and lost some plants. Some plants do germinate well, however, but others don't do well at all. I think I'll try making my own seed pods, as they are rather expensive and can only be bought in packs of three. Frankly, I'd be just as happy with an LED lamp and a timer.

I love the garden so much

I love that you guys bring in click and grow. I can’t grow plants for nuts and this garden has given me a chance to complete my dreams! Haha. Dramatic I know but for years I buy plants only to have them die on me.

Modern-looking herb starter

We're about 2 weeks in now and the included basil plants have germinated and are looking good. I'm hoping to transfer the plants to conventional plots once they mature and use this garden to start more plants.

A bit of spring

Excellent little garden that sprouts in a week. It's nice to watch the little plants grow.

Super easy to use indoor garden. Just pop the pre-seeded pod into the water reservoir and watch it grow. I have had this product for almost 2 years now and I LOVE it! I am currently growing strawberries, arugula, and cherry tomatoes. The customer service is great too. If you find your pod isn’t sprouting or there is something else wrong, the company will send you replacement pods for FREE!! And they are constantly updating their catalogue of plant pods, so you can try something new.

I dont have a very good "green thumb" but the Click and Grow has made it possible for me to grow plants in our Canadian climate! I have the click and grow 3, which has 3 pod spaces. If I was to buy this again, I think I would have spent the extra money and bought the 9-pod one. It comes with 3 basil pods to grow, and I also purchased wild strawberry and mini tomatoes. The mini tomatoes and strawberries take about 3 months in total to produce fruit. The strawberries are pretty tiny but they pack a huge flavour. The mini tomatoes are cute and although it's not a huge yield it's nice to throw them into eggs or a dish. I've placed my other plants near the light and they have benefited from it as well.The click and grow waters the pods and provides the light. It's a pretty bright light so make sure you have it some where that you dont mind a nightlight being on! Pros: easy to grow plants, cute, benefits other plants, takes care of watering plants, good variety. Cons: you have to use the pods to grow plants (you can buy ones with just the pod soil), expensive, the tomato yield is small
