These towels are totally different from the blue ones i recently bought. I don't like the texture at all. I don't understand why they are so different fromthe previous order. Unfortunately I opened them and I'm not able to return. Very disappointing especially for the cost of them...I will not be buying these again

The reason I purchased this towel was because of its anti-mildew/anti-smell claim - I have found this to be true and for that I will be purchasing more towels from Sutera. However the textile itself is not the softest feel. Perhaps that is a result of the quality in the towel that resists mildew - and that's OK with me. Love the waffle design and large shower towel size.

Was forced to buy these thinly woven towels because your company has a TERRIBLE return policy. From the $25 restocking fee to refusing to give us our money back but only give credit to refusing to even give credit for a pillowcase that was removed from the NON-sealed package and NEVER used and the pillow that both I and my husband tried to use was hard and uncomfortable and too high. UNSATISFACTORY in EVERY WAY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you have a friend who has their products and allows you to try them. All these policies are protective camouflage for a company that has zero interest in true customer satisfaction and is simply gaming customers for a quick buck.

We recently bought two more bath towels after testing our first two for six months and finding them to be the best towels we've ever used. These towels dry off the person while not becoming saturated themselves. They are soft against the skin and then quickly become dry enough to hang on a rack by the time I am ready to leave the bathroom. They take up less space in the linen closet as well. Terrific towels!

I have purchased several of these towels in white and love them. This time I ordered them in grey and was very unhappy with the color that had way too much green in it. I am returning these and will reorder in white. I inquired how to make an exchange but never got an answer to my inquiry so I will have to get a store credit and reorder them. I must caution you that returns are not easy and customer service is very slow to respond to inquiries…and in some cases they don’t respond at all. Love the product but probably will not order from this company again for the reasons I stated above.

My daughter has one of these towels and loves it so I decided to give them a go. I ordered four. My husband and I absolutely love these towels. My husband has a lot of area to dry as he is 6’5”. One swipe and you are dry. The towels are a nice large size and they do not sour or smell. I highly recommend these towels and I honestly cannot say enough of how impressed we are with them. Great product indeed!

I was actually pretty excited about this towel...it absorbs well, drys well, but it has a weird smell to it....? I don't know if its the material used, but yes I tried it straight out of the package, because I'm unsanitary like that, but it had a smell from the very first use. Not a chemical clean smell, but almost a very light rotten smell? VERY light, so I washed it, followed the directionse etc. And it STILL had that very light strange smell. The absorbance is amazing though, it dries fast, I just don't understand why mine smells weird 😅😭

The quality is not bad

The quality is not bad but it is not exceptional either, the gray color is not as described more it looks like a grayish green, I wanted to buy the white ones and they supposedly did not have them in stock but they were still selling them on their page, the worst of all is the delay in arriving; additional before I had bought the pillows and for a person who moves during the night it is very uncomfortable and we woke up with neck pain (my son stopped using it definitively); finally the customer service is terrible, then I wanted to buy the visors to sleep, they took more than a month and when I complained about the time they told me that they did not have in stock.

Strength And Softness

I did not feel that these towel were plush enough for the cost. Plus a bath towel and had towel sat generally comes with a face cloth. They do absorb the water and are great in not needing to be washed after each bath. Plus the color really works with my new bath design. If they came with a face cloth, my rate would most likely have been 5.

Not what I thought

The towels are not at all what I expected. Although they are big towels, they are not at all soft. They've been washed multiple times, sometimes with fabric softener. I've had them for several months and they're still not soft. My husband doesn't want to use them anymore. He tried them for a while -- he gave them a shot. He's not at all impressed.

Deceptively wonderful!

I confess I love lush Turkish bath towels. I absolutely detest the thin towels which don’t absorb water and one ends up needing 4 of them to dry myself off after a shower (no, I’m not obese!). These towels were a gift for my mom. Primarily as travel towels. I’d already bought the stone bath mats from Sutera and placed faith in the towels. I ended up using one of them while visiting my mother….and I have converted! These towels absorb water BETTER than turkey towels and dry in a jiffy! They don’t smell, feel fresh every single day! I ordered 4 of them along with face towels and bath scrubs without delay! I intend to buy more to gift them to family and friends!

So much to love

Love these towels. They dry my body efficiently. They dry on the rack quickly. I love the large body wrapping size. No odor. Even my husband noticed the good smell and efficiency of the towels. Wish there were a few more color options, but I will definitely be buying more.

not happy

While cheaply made, the price is so high that I will never buy it again and would not recommend it to anyone. The towel I used to soap while taking a shower became a mess after I washed it once. I will never buy useless items like this again. I think the company really has no solution when it comes to towels that are either too small or too long. Customers are fooled once, not twice.

Meh

I'm disappointed with the towels. The grey color is odd, like a green hue, but more importantly they are super fragile and delicate. Each little thread can easily pull and snag. And washing in a delicate cycle and hanging to dry is a pain. In the winter, the towels are cold and thin. I'll try again in the summer, maybe I'll like them more.

I was really excited about these towels but very disappointed when I tried them. I washed twice first (no fabric softener) and from the getgo they don't absorb well. I wasn't expecting them to be soft because of the weave but the fact that they don't absorb well is a deal breaker. I still use mine because dang it they were pricey but my husband rather use years old towels than his if it comes to it.

Not as soft as I'd hoped

But they measure up in every other way. The large bath towel size is very appreciated, and the hand towels are great. The feel is just a bit rougher than I expected from a waffle weave. I'm happy with them, just not ecstatic. I do, however, love my pillows and silver covers for them. I even bought an extra set...just in case!

I love these towels but I need more time to see how much they last because $30 bucks for one towel it’s too pricey. Specially if you want a whole week set of towels.

The towel is great, but the packaging is a waste

I like the product itself. It’s thinner than other bath towels, but it absorbs well and dries out well after use. It’s a great product, however, one thing I disappointed is each towel was packaged in nice plastic packaging with two snap buttons. Once we take a towel out of the package, the package is going into a trash can. I got 8 towels, so that’s a lot of plastic bag. The package is reusable, but I don’t want to keep them for the future use unless I have any ideas what to use for. It’s such a waste. I wish the company considered more about sustainability. I was going to recommend these towels to friends, but now I hesitate to do it because of the packaging.

Practical and Absorbent Towels with some minor flaws

These Sutera towels are definitely different than what we are used to, but they are absorbent and plenty long to dry the whole body. The waffle like material makes them dry without getting thoroughly bogged down by water but their look is what takes some getting used to. They're not attractive but, more important to me, they are practical and get the job done.

Redefining luxurious in an efficient way

I am beside myself for purchasing the Silverthread Bath Towels-Grey. The towels dry me off and in hours are no longer damp after hanging them up to dry after use. However, the feel of the material, the open weave, it feels as though my grandmother crocheted this for me. It's very light in weight, like a very large dish towel. No comfort or softness as your high end cotton luxurious bath towels you may find only at exclusive hotel spas. I kinda feel duped. But it does dry me off and like I said, it doesn't remain damp for long. I'm debating on returning the unused towels. It's pricey to have oversized dish towels for a luxury bath towel. I wish it wasn't so.
