Non slip rug Pad

Was planning to use it for the runner I bought the same time but it is not necessary as the runner is not sliding or moving at all. I will just use it for another rug I have had for a long time. Not from Overstock I want to add.

Would buy again.

I have no complaints with this nonslip rug pad. Delivered quickly. I just purchased another rug and waiting for delivery and would not hesitate to purchase another rug pad.

I have tried this nonslip pad before and I now have wood floors aso I thought I’d try again…I really can’t say that this product does a good job. I still have movement from both my big and small rugs I tried this on. It just doesn’t have the tackiness it needs to help the rugs stay in place

Perfect pad

This pad fits almost perfectly under the rug we bought at the same time. Just needed an easy trim. And it makes a great difference under your feet while protecting the rug.

Rug pads were used on a vinyl and wood floors to minimize slipping. Trimming to size was super easy. . Would purchase again. Overstock is my go to for online shopping.

Value priced but exceptionally functional. Works great and isn't too thick. I have several of these for various Rugs and never have to worry about slipping or sliding. Recommend buying one size smaller than rug so there is no trimming.

Not Good for Small or Narrow Rugs

Does not prevent smaller or narrow rugs from slipping on hardwood floors. Poor grip. I purchased this for a ten foot hall runner, so slippage is an issue for safety. There are better products out there for small rugs. I bought this rug pad for the runner as I bought the same item for 9' X 12' rugs in my dining room and living room. It works just fine for large rugs that have the weight of furniture to hold them in place.

Love this non slip pad, I ordered it four times!

I've had other non slip rugs that look just like the Safavieh brand, at the same cost too, but they fell apart, left a mess and didn't grip half as good as these non slip pads do. I've purchased four of these so far and will buy more whenever I need one. They're priced right, they keep rugs in place and they don't bunch up underneath your rugs. I consider that to be a giant bonus!

Truly Non Slip

This is perfect under The Curated Nomad Belden Oriental Indoor/ Outdoor Rug. It keep paw paw prints off the hardwood floor by preventing the large carpet from slipping when they run across it or roll over and scratch their backs. The non-slip is truely non slip and does not curl or bunch under the heavily used rug.

I love these pads, they work extremely well and are worth even the retail price. They are a lot more expensive elsewhere. I can't believe that Overstock can over at the price they do and then have daily coupons to take even more money off. This rug pad works well under my indoor/outdoor carpets The carpets are a light brown color. The pad itself sits on top of tile. My dog does use cause the carpet to slip when he plays fetch in the hallway and stops quickly to get the ball. You can cut the rug pad to the right shape if it is too long or wide for your carpet. I ended up using a piece I cut off under another smaller rug. The rug pad does not stain my carpet or my light-colored tiles- which is something I looked for when buying the rug pad.

I like the fact that this rug pad is rubber and light weight and washable, but the non-slip feature is the best. I have purchased this type of pad several times to go under my antique hooked rugs and it really helps them keep from slipping without adding bulk to the depth of the rug on the floor.. Being able to trim it to size for antique rugs that don't always have regular dimensions is also a plus. This is my go-to rug pad for all area rugs and runners

I'm so happy we purchased the higher end rug pad. With teenagers & 2 dogs, this pad keeps our rug in place, has a cush feel under our feet, and is saving our floors from the wear & tear of carpets sliding. Also, this padding seems to help keep our rug fresh while keeping the walking silent. Our rug pad and carpet were delivered sooner than expected and in top notch condition. Thank you Safavieh & overstock for another great product! No regrets here.

Does not have a lot of “stickiness” to it. The rug sometimes slides off the pad itself but otherwise helps reduce the amount it slides on the hardwood floors. I would like to see a little more grip. Also, either this or the 3x5 rug I purchased measurements are slightly off because it sticks out from under the rug. A slight trim made it unnoticeable afterwards.

Great item for all floor types. It really does keep you or your fur-babies from slipping or always moving the rug. No matter if you have a less expensive area rug or more costly this non slip pad also helps protect your rug from crushed pile. This is the upgraded slip pad and it’s FAR BETTER than the less expensive due to the cushion. Highly recommend! And it’s very easy to cut with scissors

Perfect for the runner I got!

I love that my hallway runner stays centered now! No more "running" away when my preschooler decides to do laps around the house. Exceeds expectations, with a very grippy front and back. Size was ideal, very accurate description. I've had it for a week and it is perfect for our needs. Definitely recommend to others!

It’s ok....

I have mixed feelings about this rug pad. It works well enough (but not great) in some places of my home, not so well in others. I used this for 2- 7ft runners & a door mat sized rug, all of which are on the exact same flooring which is a porcelain tile. They are very thick heartier types of rugs, with an almost canvas type of material on the underside. With the runners (one in the kitchen & one in the hallway) the pad stays put, but I am constantly having to put the rug back in place on top of the pad. With the door mat, it is by the front door, & it will move around from it’s original placement while also the rug will shift off of the pad. It’s kind of a pain. Now, that being said, maybe I should have purchased 3 different pads in the appropriate sizes? I will keep using these until I make it through the whole 8x10 worth.... but I won’t purchase this pad again, even though it may work as it should on an 8x10 rug.

My Ultra Non- Slip Rug Pad.

I have purchase this Safavieh Ultra Non-Slip Rug Pad , just to put below the Shag Rug to protect and keep the rug from moving and sliping when walking upon it. Again this is a execellent idea and cloice to maintain The Shag Rug looking good and to be safe also. I have nothing but compliments on my service and Delivery by Overstock. Com online service with a application on my phone its fast and easy for someone who is on a budjet.Great items at a great price love it !

Nope!

Bought this for a rug I also bought from Overstock.com. Sadly the rug arrived and looked nothing like the photo online so it was returned. I ended up buying a rug at Lowes instead. I put this pad under it. It smelled so strongly of chemical smell or plastic smell that I had to put it out in the garage to air out. That didn't help any. I'd return it if I could. What was a great deal turned out to be not so great. I wouldn't recommend buying this product.

rug gripper grips!

my non-slip rug gripper does the trick: rug stays firmly in place on hardwoods. it's been doing its thing for over 12 months now. no slippage. it's still there gripping! i'd buy it again. ,
