This leather sofa and ottoman by Valencia surpasses all expectations! The leather is a rich, carmel-cognac color that truly looks better in-person than I can capture on my Android's camera; it's buttery soft to touch yet so thick. The cushions are robust, firm and supportive, but also cozy and plush - I've already enjoyed a few naps on it and awaken feeling fantastic. The seams and stitching are just beautiful, fine craftsmanship, truly. Valenicia's customer service is outstanding... ahead of delivery, a customer service representative reached out to inquire if the local delivery service had been in contact; she provided her cell phone number (a company line I'm sure) to call or text with any questions or concerns and replied promplty a couple of days later when I did have a question- so refreshing these days. I opted for in-home delivery and set-up which went super smoothly, as well as for the 5-year warranty which, given the quality, I doubt will be needed; as I understand though, if you don't use the warrantee service in the 5 years, Valencia applies its cost towards the purchase of another of their fine products so, you can't lose. Without hesitation, highly recommend this company... I LOVE my sofa and ottoman - outstanding value for a very reasonable price.

Great couch, cat approved

We were slightly nervous to buy a couch online without trying it first (although you can find some Valencia couches via marketplace at The Bay), but we're very happy with the Grosseto couch! It's firm which we wanted, but still comfortable and the colour is beautiful! We had a leather couch previously that our cat would never lie on...however, he became a total couch cat with our new Valencia couch. No scratching and he loves to lie on the top of the cushions beside us. Definitely human and cat approved!

Quality leather couch

We have now had the Valencia couch for almost 2 months and love it. It’s a high-quality leather. The cushions are very sturdy, but comfortable. The back cushions are also Comfortable sitting for a long time. I was nervous for a few days because it started to seem wobbly. My husband tightened the legs underneath because they must have adjusted after we placed them and moved the couch. Now that we’ve tightened them nothing is wobbly. The couch is sturdy and stable and I would highly recommend this company. Their wait time may be a bit longer than they say. But the couch will last a very long time. We also got the extended five-year warranty in case, our dog, or our kids rip a hole in it. They guaranteed, someone would come fix it for free with that extended Warrenty.

Quality sofa for small space

Love the sofa. It looks amazing in my living room. Its classic and clean look matches well with other furnitures. The quality is excellent. Since it is made of genuine leather, it gets a bit cold during the winter time. I recommend to add a sofa cover and some cushions. In addition, it is budget-friendly. Overall an excellent sofa.
