It’s stay quiet, even when you’re getting it on.

Others have said it’s crinkly and at first, when rubbed by hand, I worried the same thing. On the bed — a good fit on my king — with fitted sheet on top, no such problem. UPDATE 6/8/21: I spilled a bottle of ****** on the bed and it didn’t leak through: Hallefreakinlujah!

Great protector, but a bit of crinkle sound

It’s definitely a nice protector, fits well on queen mattress, and is softer than other protectors. I imagine it’s very easy to wash since it’s so thin. I am returning it because it has somewhat of a mild crinkly sound that would bother me, though I think it’s way less crinkly than other more plastic feeling protectors. I tested briefly by rolling around on it with my fitted sheet on top, and for me it was enough crinkle that I anticipate it would bother me. I think for kids this would be a significant upgrade to plastic protectors. Seems like it would be water proof. But the label is deceiving “no sound”, there is still some sound of crinkle. It should say “virtually no sound” to be accurate.

Good start but what about the sides?

I poured water onto this to test it and it did not soak through. I hope that stays true when it is ON the bed. I also cannot yet speak to the durability as it hasn't been washed or hung out to dry. This will only protect the top of the mattress but not the sides as they are not at all waterproof. Therefore, if this does not stay perfectly in place, disaster may ensue! I myself would not use this as the sole barrier between a possible night time accident and an expensive mattress! It would be nice if someone could design and manufacture a waterproof bed pad that protects the sides as well. I'm surely not the only mother who thinks this.

Good quality

I got a few mattress protectors in the past that didn't have this slick top and they not only stained over the years but the stain went through to the mattress making them useless. I just got these, but I'm more hopeful they'll hold up. They're also true to size.

Fits perfectly!

I like the 2 pack and the price was right! Bought these for a day bed, the top mattress has a topper on it and the mattress protector fit perfectly over both the topper and mattress going completely under the mattress for a nice firm fit! The bottom mattress has no topper and the pad works great! I do recommend these for any type of spillage. We have company often and I don't have concerns now if there is an accident in bed or if a beverage is spilled on them! Fast Shipment, would definitely go with this seller if I needed more!

Great for the mattress protector

Bought this to go on our guest bed. We have 1 year old grandchildren so a waterproof mattress protector is a must! Doesn’t have that plastic sound when moving. Breathable. Good purchase.

Why Didn't I Buy One Sooner?!?

So far, (it's probably been at least 6 months), this has gotten us through potty training accidents and the midnight puke bug. I layer a cover, then sheet, second cover, second sheet. When kid pees/pukes (which is ALWAYS in the middle of the night), who wants to clean up and replace sheets?!? Not me! Peel the top yucky sheet and cover off, throw it in the washer and you're good to go.

This is great. Great grandchild had an accident. Put a sheet of plastic on but that was so noisy, uncomfortable and awkward. Bought this and you wouldn't even know it's there. Quiet, soft and I hope it works if another 'accident' happens. But it is so soft and quiet that I can leave it on the bed for all guests. Am pleased with this purchase.

comfortable Mattress Protector

I did not want a noisy mattress cover and this one is great...absolutely NO noise as you move about in bed. My husband is a hot sleeper and he does not get over heated as has been the case with plastic type covers. Easy to wash too!

After a few months of using this mattress protector, I forgot that I was using a mattress protector, even as I sometimes removed the sheets to wash them. That goes to show how well it stays in place, without bunching up or coming undone. After washing it, it had no wrinkles and didn't shrink at all. This was just the kind of mattress protector I wanted, and I'm not disappointed.

It's very easy to use and setup it feel very high quality and nice to touch. Overall I'm very happy with this mattress protector and want to get another one for my other bed in the house I definitely recommend it.

Not noisy!

I had previously purchased a mattress encasement after I bought a new mattress and didn't realize how the covers could vary. If you don't want to feel like a bedwetter every time you get into bed, or you don't want to feel as though you're perhaps starring in an episode of Dexter, purchase one of these. It's quiet, soft, and isn't as slippery as others. Best part? It provides protection against bed bugs, etc.

Perfect fit!

The mattress protector was easy to get on our queen size mattress. I helped my husband put the cover on, but he could have done it by himself without my help. The cover is soft and noiseless; we don't even realize it is on the mattress. The zipper closure is secure. I am very happy with the product.

Fabric is Soft and NOT CRINKLY!

Bought the mattress protector for a Murphy Bed to be installed in an office and have not opened the package or put it on a mattress. The description said it didn't crinkle and I can't agree more. The fabric felt soft and so I have no issues with the product at this time. Gave it a 5 * rating as it did feel good but until I use it I don't have enough information.

We recently got the Guardmax Short Queen Mattress Cover - 100% Waterproof Camper Mattress Cover, Fitted and Noiseless RV Queen Mattress Protector for my in laws. They've been out in their camper a few times this year and really like it. The mattress cover is soft and quiet. What my MIL really likes is she doesn't get too hot sleeping on it.

This mattress cover/protector is of high quality material,better than expected for the low price. It protects well and washes and dries well. It is lightweight but tough and I am so delighted I shopped Overstocks online store for it. Overstock always gives me the best bang for my bucks. Love it totally and Yes! This short queen sized mattress cover is definitely worth it. I toss and turn in my sleep. With this mattress cover, there's no sound. It is definitely waterproof because I dropped soda on it. The soda was so easy to clean up. Looking at purchasing a few more for the other beds in my RV.

I’ve very pleased with the overall quality and durability of this short Queen waterproof mattress protector! Before using I washed on a gentle cool cycle and tumbled on low heat. The mattress protector held up well and didn’t shrink at all. The fitting is great, and the non-slick material is even better. It’s very soft to the touch and has been a great mattress protector so far. Having two kids I’m always looking for something to keep our mattress clean especially when camping at the lake. This product definitely didn’t disappoint.

Life saver for potty training.

I've used these protector sheets for many years and I can honestly it's the best one out there. My son is being potty trained and sometimes will pee so much that it comes out of the diaper. The mattress protector has been a life saver in keeping mattress dry. I would defiantly recommend this to parents that are potty training there kids.

NO stars for this item!! I had to return it. I read a lot of reviews from Overstock so I felt confident I was purchasing the right item. Nope! It sounded like a rubber sheet, a diaper. Anyone who's been around a baby wearing a diaper that has that sound - well picture laying on a queen bed. It sounded horrible!! Do not buy this item - unless you want to stay awake hearing that lovely sound!!
