These chairs looked nice in our office and were sturdy but made people lean back too far and those who sat in it said it was not comfortable so we returned them. The return was easy.

Chairs Great - Customer Service disappointing!
Terrible customer service!! I spoke to the same person 3 times about issues with my shipping and she didn't know anything about what was going on with my order every time. The other ladies I spoke to were rude and short and very uncaring about helping me get my shipping address taken care of. The driver for the shipping company was the real star of the show who out of his own kindness made sure I got my order. The chair are great but getting them was the worst customer service experience.

They are very nice, sturdy, comfortable chairs, but the metal part is silver not black which was very disappointing! So, I will have to return them!

Two out of eight chairs ordered were damaged. I requested that these bd replaced. A week later I have no update on when they will be shipped.
The chairs will work nicely for the groups we will conduct at our office. One of the chairs had fabric that was worn on the back top edge. Hopefully, it won’t get worse anytime soon.

Received chair on Jun 14th. My son used the chair until 7/25. Chair broke. The bottom where you sit is in tack. One of the sides that keep the back in place broke. Pay for what you get.
