We are on well water. Our flirtation system removes the hard water and I think it is fine, but my wife was not happy. I installed this system because of its CR rating and I must agree, coffee tastes better, my herbal teas are better. So it does make a big difference.

Easy install, immeidate difference

Bought this for our kitchen sink. Installed in about an hour. Would have been less but working around the garbage disposal took some doing. Once installed it was an immediate difference in the taste of the water. Even my teen noticed “no chlorine taste!” I like that the T valve is metal where other systems are exclusivly plastic. I like it is made in Korea and NOT china. The housing is plastic but it feels very sturdy - not britle at all. The base of the faucet is plastic and I would have liked it to be metal. Overall, seems like a solid purchase.

So far so good! We're in the process of some kitchen remodeling and set this up with our new stone counter-tops and sink. It's a huge convenience to be able to dispense filtered water from the sink, and it also filters much more stuff out than the Brita pitcher we'd been using for many years. The filter system fits nicely in the cabinet underneath our sink.

My wife wanted a water purification system for our drinking water as it recently started to have a little bit of a chlorine taste to it. After reading reviews and product certifications I chose the Brondell H2O+ Water Filtration system. I am NOT a plumber but I had no trouble installing the system. It fit under our sink well, the directions were easy to understand, and the water lines were easy to install. The water tastes great and we are very satisfied. We would highly recommend this product.

Easy to install

I found it easier to connect the water supply tubing to the T-Valve before connecting the T-Valve to the cold water supply valve rather than first connecting the T-Valve to the cold water supply. Of course, this depends on the space around your cold water supply valve Otherwise, by following the installation instructions, the installation was straightforward. I would also recommend using an open end wrench to tighten the various nuts to secure the faucet assembly and the T-Valve adapter nuts. Before starting the installation process, determine the size open end wrench needed for the these nuts.

Easy install and super tasting water

Over the past couple of decades our town has allowed development into our watershed. Until then this area was limited to hikers as the acess road was gated. Even though it’s only open to residential development there’s still a lot of contaminants reaching our drinking water. As a result the sanitary district needs to add a lot of chemicals to our water to make it potable. I didn’t think that our water tasted or smelled bad but after installing this filter system I’ve realized that I had probably just gotten used to the bad taste. I’m really shocked at how palatable our water is now and I’m not feeling thirsty a few minites after drinking a glass of water. What’s even better is there’s no bad aftertaste. All of the powders I use for protein shakes and smoothies seem to mix much faster and actually taste a lot smoother. If you could drink silk that is how these filters make our water feel. I have no regrets purchasing this filtration system and should have done it a long time ago. The installation was a breeze. These modern quick connectors made the process super fast. Everything i needed to complete the install was in the box. I only needed a level, screwdriver and an adjustable wrench to remove the water supply line. It’s no wonder Consumer Reports magazine gives this Brondell filtration system such a high rating.
