[Rewarded Review] Beautiful color and textures

I love this rug. It's as beautiful as I had hoped it would be. I'm actually ordering another one right now to put at another door. The colors are beautiful and I love that is multi texture.

NEVER AGAIN

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had my rug stolen upon delivery and after trying to get in touch with representatives to assist or provide some sort of remediation, I eventually received a “sorry, it shows delivered so take it up with the police.” Needless to say I’ll be going somewhere else to find a replacement because clearly there is more focus on dollars than the customer.

Great Rug

Bought this as a runner for my hallway. I'm always hesitant to purchase rugs online so I was very happy to find that it is exactly as pictured. It feels soft on the feet and looks like it can handle foot traffic well. It also shipped pretty quickly. Overall happy with my purchase.

Rug is beautiful and easy to care for in our dining room. We were looking for a rug for a modern cabin we own and my husband didn’t prefer this rug there. I’d fallen in love with it and ordered one for our house because I just had to have it somewhere!

I LOVE it! Great quality, very soft, deep color… I think it looks better than the picture.

Shipping was relatively quick and I appreciate the rug was rolled with the surface in the outside so it lays relatively flat. From a distance, this rug is gorgeous, but up close it looks and feels cheap. I probably should’ve expected that with polypropylene. I could tolerate that alone but the worst part for me is that not only does it absolutely not feel like “walking on a cloud” as described, but it is distinctly uncomfortable underfoot even with a quality rug pad due to the uneven surface and different textures/thickness of the blue and gray areas. It honestly feels like walking barefoot on slightly padded rocks/sticks. I’d honestly prefer walking on a hardwood surface to this. I was hoping to return it but the return label option offered by Houzz is a whopping $56 for a 6x9 rug, so I’m not sure it’s worth the cost/hassle. Lessons learned: avoid rugs with uneven surfaces, polypropylene rugs, and buying area rugs from Houzz.

Great fit for our loft area. Adds color and is soft as well for the kids to play on.

We have only had this rug out for a week or two, but it’s sooo soft! Haven’t tried vacuuming it too vigorously yet, which might be a challenge, but the textures in it are fantastic!

This is a great rug — bought it for my kids’ playroom, didn’t want something juvenile so it could grow with them, and love that this rug is playful yet tasteful as well. Also picked this one because it kind of looks like roads for their toy cars! Super soft and seems like good quality.
