Not solid wood! The specs for this product state solid wood top and solid wood base, but the construction is veneer and MDF.
We love this table! Solid beautiful wood, great piece of furniture for the price.
I was very disappointed with this piece. It says acacia wood but it appeared that the piece was either left in a damp location or something as it had damp stains and the top was rough. Additionally one of the legs was cracked.

It’s well constructed but I was expecting a higher shine finish. I will use it in a different location in the house than originally planned.
