I needed something to reach the fixtures in my apartment with high ceilings. I am a larger man and was concerned about how sturdy the ladder would be. This one is great. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the platform material does feel a little thin in the center.

I purchased this product because I have a new floor-to-ceiling linen closet in my master bathroom. My 2-step stool wasn't tall enough to reach items on the top shelf. This product is exactly what I needed in several ways. First, it was NOT made in China. Second, it is lightweight, is rated for a 300-pound load, and folds up to only a few inches deep so I can conveniently hang it behind my closet door. Third, it has deep steps and a top handle to aid in balancing. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality product at a reasonable price.

Wobbly ladder

It was the perfect height for my house to reach the ceiling, but the ladder is very wobbly which is why I'm giving it only two stars. For the price I paid, I thought it would be more sturdy, but it was uneven and I sometimes feel like I could topple over while standing on it without support. The concept of the ladder is good since it looks nice though and shrinks down to a small size for storage.

A very well engineered product, the wide treads and top hand grip and stable in use make me feel very safe, also the ease of use latch for opening and closing the steps is fool proof.

After trying several stepladde

After trying several stepladders, this one is the most stable. Once mounted on it, it does not move. This allows you to work quietly up to 2.50m without constantly having to ensure your balance. Lightweight and easy to store.

I was looking for a small step ladder that we could keep in our pantry. The room is small. We had only 16" in width for the step ladder. This ladder had the legs bent outward by design which allowed it to fit in our space for storage.

You want this ladder

Great ladder, GREAT FEET, does not mess up hardwood floors for at least 20 years. A solid performer, I had to buy more than one because everyone wants to use this one before any others I own.

LOVE MY HAILOS

This is my third Hailo ladder. I have the 4-step, 5-step and now the 3-step step stool. I am plus-size and I feel very comfortable on these ladders. They are sturdy, have wide steps and lightweight. It did take me a minute or two to figure out how to close this step stool (the "latch" is under the top step). These are real quality products. Considering the 8-step if QVC would offer 5 0r 6 Easy Pays or, even better, free shipping.

3-STEP LADDER

I made a mistake... I wanted a 2-step ladder as i have a narrow space to store...But I not only kept the 3-step ladder (if fits perfect) but I like it a lot. It is simple to use. It is light weight. It is sturdy. Now, I am a large man (+250Lbs) and I feel very comfortable with it. (BTW, all muscle!)

Safe and Secure

The step ladder we had used for over 20 years broke, and we needed to find a new one. We found a manufacturer's tag on it, Cosco, but that brand does not make this model any more. It took extensive searching to locate a folding step ladder that had sufficient weight capacity and height. My husband and I are very pleased with this model. It is well made and we feel safe using it. We like the extra space on the steps, which give ample room for adult-sized feet. We were able to figure out how to set the bar to secure the unit when it is open. When closed, it occupies less space than the step ladder this replaced. We are confident that this step ladder will perform as well or better than the old one.

Folding Step Stool - 3 Step

I am very pleased with my purchase of a Hailo step ladder. It is small enough to pack away but high enough to reach the ceiling. The other thing i liked was the wide steps, that is comfortable to stand on (narrow steps are not). I would recomend this as a excellent buy. And delivery was quick too.
