Super cute but the gnome is a lot smaller than I thought it would be and is not meant for outside.

This gnome is very cute. Not huge, but his lit hat makes him stand out a bit more.

Poor paint quality

I purchased two of these, one for me and one as a gift. They really are cute, but the sloppy paint job on both the hats ruin them and I can't give either as a gift. What happened to all the great quality products you had, Plow & Hearth? I just purchased another item that came damaged which you kindly replaced with another damaged one, and now this? I expect to find this kind of quality at low end stores, not from you.
