Custom quality at 13 the price. Packaging was slightly damaged on the outside but everything inside was well protected and intact. I got the mid-hinged version so it won’t open into the towel rack or toilet when opened. The installation instructions were simple and accurate. Heavy, solid glass panels and very substantial components. I’m impressed.

This is a very nice unit, however, there are only twobrackets that mount on the wall and one on the floor. And that leaves the entire weight of the door dependent on the top bracket. There is only one screw in the bracket to hold the glass and the bracket is secured to the wall with only one screw. The first time I set it up, the weight of the door pulled the sidewall glass out of the bracket. There should really be more brackets and they should really have more than one screw to hold the glass, or the bracket to the wall. I would say the optional 45 degree support isn't really optional, unless you want 100+ lbs of glass door to fall on you.

Glass Warehouse really makes a great product. The 33.5 in. heavy duty pivot / hinged shower door fits perfectly. Before the walls were tiled , I made sure that I added an extra wood stud to drill into. This looks like a custom door, but at one-third of the price! The on-line video is an amazing tool for everyone to follow. Without that, I not sure if I could have got the job done.

I had a small 8" sidelight for this shower set up and the clamping power of the clamps for the sidelight to the wall were not sufficiently strong enough to hold the glass with the door on it. The diagonal brace says it is optional, but it was required to keep the sidelight strong enough. The design should be they attach the door directly to the wall and the sidelight is separate. After it was all installed, it looks great, it was easy to install, I just hope it holds up over time as I am concerned the clamps and silicone may not be strong enough to hold it. I do recommend it, it is beautiful design and easy to install.

Glass Warehouse customer service was top notch! I couldnt be happier with the product quality and the support I received from Glass Warehouse throughout the ordering and installation process exceeded my expectations. Please make sure to reach out to them as soon as you place your order if you need any adjustments to sizing. I needed to change my door size slightly from the one I purchased and they changed it no problem. Such a beautiful frameless glass door at an unbeatable price!

Leaks from bottom

We got this door about a year ago based on the reviews and good price. The actual door is really nice quality. However the plastic the goes on the bottom and side of door to keep water from leaking is terrible. I contacted the company a couple of months in with the problem and, although they were responsive and courteous, they just sent us another plastic piece which really didn't resolve the problem. Every time we shower, when we close the door we have to push the plastic piece down to make sure it touches the base and when we're done we squeegee the door and the base to get as much water off but still when we open the door there's leaks which we have to wipe up. The base is level and everything was professionally installed by a contractor. There must be a better system to ensure water doesn't get out.

This door worked great for my space. It's solid and beautiful. I used it as a half door for a tub enclosure for a bathroom remodel I did. It works great. The contractors were concerned about too much water spraying out from the open end, but it actually works fine. The only reason why I give this a 4 star is because I'm still not sure that it's as easy to clean as advertised. This is supposed to be special glass that makes it super easy to clean from scum. It easier to clean than my other shower door, but I still see streaks. That may be because I'm not using the right products. Using a squiggy helps.

The hardware is not engineered for this heavy glass. This is a life hazard glass door. The door comes off the clamp and even the third extra hinge is not helping. There is only one screw per clamp and only 2 clamps (imagine 2 small screws for such heavy door). Don't buy this.

I actually ordered this door because it did not have a stabilizer bar which I didn't like the look of. My contractor was installing the door per the instructions and found a leftover piece which appeared to be a stabilizer bar. There was nothing in the directions about a stabilizer bar nor was there anything in the picture of the finished door. I checked the online instruction video and it did tell how to put on the stabilizer bar. We did put it on. I really, really like the door. I can see where it needs a stabilizer bar but I almost feel like I was tricked into buying the door thinking it didn't have one.

Had the same qualified contractor gut and remodel two bathrooms. The first bathroom we installed a Dreamline glass door which was a breeze. The latest bathroom we installed this glass door listed above and with only 1/4 inch variance, the contractor had very little wiggle room when installing the tile walls. The reason we went with this door is this is a small spare bathroom and is only 41" wide and due to the direction the door had to swing, there is a pocket door where you would normally anchor the hinges to the wall. Thus, we had to find a glass door that was small enough to meet our narrow bathroom and hinge to the glass panel and not the wall. The main issues is the gap between the door and the panel, which is 3/16 and the bumper seal they provided bound up. You could close the door, but when trying to open the door, there was so much friction that we had to use a putty knife to collapse the bumper seal so we could open the door and remove it. It was such a tight seal that we felt we would shatter either the door or the panel if we opened it. When I called the number on the instructions, they said I should go on line and find a seal that might work, but had no products that would solve this issue. I asked them if they were the manufacturer or a middleman, and they said they were the middleman, so they could not provide a solution to this problem. So after dealing with two like products, one direct from the manufacturer and the other from the middleman, I would highly recommend that you only buy from a manufacturer to eliminate problems.

The walls of my shower were not perfectly plumb, so I called up GW and told them what I had to contend with. Their response was that I would have no difficulties with a even sided fixed piece of glass. I e-mailed them my dimensions and ordered a door with the approximate size that I thought I needed. At GW, they received my order and sent out the correct door kit.
