Item lost in transit

Did not receive shipping notification for nearly two weeks, and then once shipped there were no updates available. I called Rugs Direct only to learn that the item was lost and undeliverable. Their processes for refunds are slow and complicated and I was able to get the same item from Home Depot, for the same price, with a normal return policy (vs. Rugs Direct's restocking and other fees).

Great Rug & Excellent Customer Service

I received the wrong rug on my first delivery, but I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue...sending new packaging material along with a shipping label. When the correct rug arrived, we were very happy. I would order again through Rugs Direct.

A Nice Surprise - Pros and Cons

I purchased the Mocha color after seeing the blue color in the store. Shipping was great, no problems. The online colors don't do it justice, it is a cream and golden tan color, not orange and pink.I was pleased. Only con is that after multiple vacuumings, there are pulls in the rug that make it look used. It does hold up well to dirt because the brown area is like a Berber weave, and the flowers are raised piling.
