Christmas Skating Village.

The Christmas Village is beautiful, we love the animation.Most important was the customer service - there was one of the skaters that wasn't skating.We wrote and within a day the replacement was sent out!Now everyone of the skaters is out on the ice - A big thank you to the staff (a special shout out to John) that made this a wonderful addition to our Christmas tradition.

This is a beautiful village with ring and skaters. It's smaller than I imagined but the right size for a treasure. It was a gift for my wife and she loves it.

Great Holiday Village!

This village was easy to assemble and it is very pretty, great quality and nostalgic feeling to those holidays from the past. Can't wait to get more pieces to complete my holiday village.

Very pleased. This will be a beautiful addition to my Christmas decorations. The music delightfully sounds like a wind-up music box. The skaters are fun to watch and move smoothly around with the music.

Great holiday decor

Size was bigger than expected. Not heavy but great quality. Added a touch of magic to the holiday decor. You can turn in just the lights and ice skaters or both with music as well. Family loves it and now several family members are requesting this as a gift this holiday season. I will Def be purchasing some of the related pieces!

Holiday village

Love this beautiful skaters village for our winter decorating! Its details to the village and skaters is high quality, it also lights up with moving skatingfeatures! My family loves how well it looks setup !

Village arrived missing parts and some parts were out of place.

The scene is a very traditional village scene, which I liked. The mechanics and lights work but the product arrived missing part of the roof over one of the doors (see picture), one of the lights over a door was hanging out(we put it back), and the skating pond was not in its proper place(see picture, we tried to reposition it). The village was well packaged and arrived in great condition so the problems must have originated with the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer but so far have not received a response.Update- they replaced the whole skating pond but there is a problem in their packaging, see picture for out of place pond.Their customer service is good!

Cheap.. not great quality

It's super cute but definitely seems low quality for what we paid. The horse carriage is broken, no horse head…and no horse head in the box to glue on. I'd send it back but I just don't want to ship it back so we're going to hope no one notices lol ..you can't put batteries in it, only plugs in.

Very Festive!

This village is the perfect addition to our holiday decorations! The skaters move, it lights up and it plays music! My kids love it!!

Didn't even try to hide the glue

Product arrived on time and played the music beautifully but after looking closely I could see that the church steeple was crooked and I could see all the glue caked up in the back and down around the ice rink a huge piece was glued back on. For the price of this, there's no way this is acceptable. I'm sending it back

Beautiful and well made

The media could not be loaded.This Christmas village is absolutely beautiful! It is large and well-made, and the animated skating rink is a great addition. The lights and music add to the festive atmosphere, and it is sure to be a hit with everyone who sees it.
