Rug purchase and return

Rug didn’t turn out to be the true color as shorn online However the customer service made the return process seamless. Latoya was very polite and helpful

This rug is gorgeous and a great addition to our Great Room. It is very large and heavy, so expect that on delivery. We ordered a rug pad for it, but we are returning it as this rug really doesn't need it (at least this size). It is very thick. The colors are true, but maybe not as bold as we first thought, which is great with us. Absolutely no smell that can come with wool rugs, but the shedding is real when we vacuum. Not a problem on the daily, however. Great buy!

My goodness do I love this rug. It arrived pretty quick, and just in time for me to have company admire it. The colors are lovely, and the piles are tall and soft. The size is true to word and helps ease the sound of footsteps down a hallway by miles! It does shed a little, but some vacuuming will do the trick. I've bought a larger Safavieh rug before and the shedding goes away after a time. Highly recommend. I just love it.

I would never recommend this rug to anyone. Although I have two safavieh rugs and have had no problem. This is the second runner I have tried and they shed terribly. There are fuzz balls all along the edges of the rug. I can remove them with a vacuum, but within a day, there are dozens more. At first I though it would stop over time, but it went on for months with the first runner and I finally threw it away. I assumed it was a problem with one defective rug, so I purchased this one, but it has the same problem. Very frustrating.

Color different than my computer screen

I do love the rug. My computer screen shows the "brown" background and trim to be more of a tan-golden. The one I received is more of a light brown (with hints of mocha). Meaning...it doesn't work in my first choice of area, but I have others where it will work.
