Absolutely Gorgeous!

Great rug - as nice as I was hoping it would be!

I've had this for a couple of months now and I'm very happy with it. Very soft and plush underfoot. The mix of white/beige/grey colours is very neutral. Haven't had significant shedding issues. It does rumple/slide around a bit (I don't have a rug pad so if this is an issue for you, suggest a rug pad).

Beautiful but be careful with pets

I love this rug. It is beautiful, soft, and adds the perfect amount of texture beneath my furniture. However, if you have a large dog, beware. The loops have been snagged and pulled beyond repair. It now looks messy and distorted. I'm sad that it could withstand his claws, but if you don't have a dog, buy it!

Luxurious, neutral that’s beautifully made

This is a beefy, beautiful, and well-made rug. I got the cream color way in a runner, and it goes so well with so many situations. I’m using to bridge an area between two other, more patterned rugs, and it’s a perfect transition. Really high quality. Love it.

Very yellow

I am so disappointing in the color of this rug, I was so excited when I ordered it but unfortunately the beige is very very yellow. The pulls of the wool are also a lot bigger than the pics show, sucks I wish they offered free returns because their return cost is a bit ridiculous. So disappointing so please be aware before buying this one !

Inaccurate Depiction of Rug on Website

I give two stars only because the color of the rug is entirely different in person than what is displayed on the website. Their customer service did a great job taking care of us, but they normally charge to ship back the return which for a rug that is 8x10 is over $100 dollars. Highly recommend reading the descriptions in people's reviews and not going just off the pictures on the site. They are heavily edited. The rug is very high quality though and if you like the actual color which has more variation and is less gray beige than the photo and more yellow beige. Quality of rug is a 5 star quality for the price!

Very good quality but very GREEN

We bought this with such high expectations bc we researched endlessly. We read all the reviews, questions and looked at all the photos. We thought this was a beige & cream rug with gray undertones (as advertised) and when we unwrapped it and laid them out it is very green. It really doesn’t match our decor and we will have to pay quite a bit to return them bc of their size. It’s such a bummer. The rug is soft and well made but it does have a lot of green which I do not like.

The color is not like on pictures..

Unfortunately, I agree with some other reviewers, that the color is not as pictured. It's greenish/yellowish, not a neutral brownish/beige. I'm pretty sad, as I spent many hours picking this rug, and it's a $100 fee to return it. How can I trust the next one I order isn't the same thing? I feel like the pictures are very misleading, and it is not fair to sell this rug using those pictures. The vibe you're looking at is not there... :( Two stars because otherwise it's an alright rug.

Warm & cozy - softer than it looks!

This rug is even nicer in person! I found the photos in the reviews to be especially helpful in determining the actual look of the rug and whether it would work in my home. It's very soft and cozy, and adds great texture to the space while remaining a beautiful neutral that really warms up our space. I have a grayish blue leather ottoman, and the paint color of my living room is also a very light blue, so the grayish blue hues in this rug really pop. Very happy with this purchase! (Also, like others have said, I highly recommend vacuuming a couple of times to get the fibers that shed when you first receive it. I know this is normal for a new rug.)

Neutral, wool rug

I purchased this rug for my daughters nursery. Since we have hard wood floors I wanted something thick and soft for her to be comfortable with when playing on the floor. I went back and forth on this one because it was more expensive than the other one I was debating on. I chose this one because I felt it would be more timeless and neutral. I am overly impressed by the thickness and softness of this rug. The neutral color is absolutely beautiful and would look great anywhere! I didn’t put a pad under it, but it doesn’t move around too much! I’m very happy with it. It was worth every penny! Highly recommend!!!

Wish I had picked something else

I have had this just over a year now. It is still shedding substantially with fuzz balls rolling across the floor and collecting in the corners. The rug was also a few inches smaller than the stated dimensions. The rug is thick and soft, but has been squished down quite a bit on the part that gets walked and sat on the most (house with 2 kids and no pets). It's already looking not so new, but I'm still dealing with shedding. It will do for now, but will replace eventually.

Expensive Returns

I purchasd the 8x10 of this for my bedroom. The quality of this rug was great for the price; very thick, heavy, and soft on bare feet. Unfortunately, color is super hard to gauge online and the shade of beige of this rug clashed with the shade of beige of my upholstered bed. It was darker and pulled more greenish grey compared to the very light, warmer undertone fabric of my bed. I didnt have another room to put it in to “repurpose” it, because I had just purchased other rugs for the other rooms in my apartment, so I had to return it. RugsUSA charged me $91 to return it when I live less than two hours from the warehouse it came from. Due to the high cost of returns on items you have no option of seeing in person before purchasing, this was my first and last time buying a rug from here. Quality of the rug was five stars, but color was off from a lot of the other review pictures because of differences in lighting. The high cost of return when I couldve driven the rug back to the warehouse myself is a deterent for me to shop with them again.

Color NOT as pictured

It looks like this rug may have some significant color variation depending on when purchased. In reviewer's photos from a year or so ago, the rug reads grey but as time goes on the review photos show it getting yellower/greener over time. Our rug, which we received Jan. 2021, definitely reads on the green/yellow side, which I am not al all happy about. It is not true to the photos or the description of the product. The images in the listing online read beige/grey/white and that isn't what we've got. Pretty disappointed as its otherwise a super cushy, high quality rug.

Beautiful rug, look out for pulls

Have his this beautiful rug for 2 months now. Live the color, texture and thickness. BUT, if you have any activity happening on this rug (ours is in our living room with one child and a dog), I DON’T recommend it. The loops started pulling after a few days and now they are pulled all over. I try tucking the. Back in every few weeks, but they eventually come undone. We spent too much money for that to happen, and it isn’t covered by the warranty. But, if it’s a low traffic room, it is a beautiful, well made rug!

The Stripes Are More Pronounced in Real Life Than in Photos

The rug is really soft, I will say that, but I bought this rug thinking it was a more uniform neutral color. I didn't realize there was so much contrast between the beige and white stripes, which you can just barely see in the detail shots. It's much more pronounced in real life and definitely gives off a striped vibe. I also don't love how the tassels are very poofy and detract from the quality of the rug. This wasn't exactly the look I was hoping to achieve, but because return shipping is too much of a hassle, I'll try to make this work.

Great quality and so happy with the colors!

Super happy with this purchase. I was hesitant after doing a deep dive into reviews for various rugs so this one seemed like the most well balanced. The rug is great! Light greys, white and neutrals so it can pick up warm and cool tones without having too much texture and looking busy in the room. It’s thick and plush and feels like great quality. So far, it’s only shed slightly but nothing that really bothers me enough to constantly be vacuuming. Overall—a great purchase!

Soft and Beautiful!

Love the rug! Very soft texture and beautiful colors (ivory, beige, and various tones of grey). Some of the woven loops seem delicate, so we will vacuum and tend to the rug very carefully. Our first vacuuming was with a hardwood vacuum (no beater bar), and it pulled up quite a bit of loose wool. We are afraid that over time, the softness and bounciness of the rug may diminish as the wool continues to shed. The rug was delivered quickly and the price point seems totally fair.

Best Rug Ever

I adore this rug so much. I originally bought one as a runner for my entryway hallway. It is incredibly soft and plush, I don't even need a rug pad for it. I loved it so much, I ended up buying a bigger one for my bedroom. Keeps my feet cozy and warm and looks wonderfully neutral as the rest of my house is pretty colorful and patterned. Also, the price is very affordable. Looking at it, you would think it cost 3x as much as it did. Thanks for this rug, I'm so happy with my purchase!
