This rolling pin works perfectly! It is flag across the edges so it ensure an even roll to your dough. Make sure to wax the rolling pin with eatable wax first to ensure it lasts longer. It is heavy duty!

Excellent rolling pin! Affordable, durable, and not so heavy as to affect the rolling pressure itself. Not tapered, so usable with fondant levelers to maintain consistent thickness for finnicky items like pate sablee or sucre. I gave mine a mineral oil treatment upon receipt and might recommend the same to prolong its lifespan.
Love this rolling pin! The weight is not too heavy but definitely gets the job done! We do not have a sheeter and we use these pins to roll out our croissants. Washes beautifully!
