I love the look of this rug! I wouldn’t recommend in a family room or high traffic area simply because it’s not super soft and it does shed. I have it my office where no kids or pets are laying or walking on it and it looks great!

This is a beautiful, heavyweight weave. The yarns are a mixture of dark taupe and cream, which gives a natural earthy appearance. The design of the weave adds to the texture. It is well made and I anticipate that it will look great for years. Because it is bulky I would not place it at an entry where someone might trip over it.

I love the softness and make of this rug. Looks perfect for pictures and if you live in a house that no one lives in. Other than that, definitely would not buy again because it sheds like CRAZY (2 years of having this rug and it still sheds as much as it did when I first got it) and it’s super hard to keep clean if you put this in a high traffic arealiving room. It’s hard to spot clean and vacuum because stains and dirt get into the crevices and you can only use water to clean stains. It’s just not feasible for me unfortunately. If I had a formal living room where no one would ever really go in, I could maybe see this there but I don’t. (

Let me start by saying I LOVE the rug. It is very beautiful, great style, heavy, love it. However, if you have it in a high traffic areas or have pets or anything, the wool starts to come undone. We’ve had for almost a year and will be getting rid of. It collects SO MUCH dirt from our dogs and we are clean freaks. I just think this rug is best suited in a bedroom or somewhere less traffic dirt will be collected.

This is a high quality rug that has a very nice "spa" / genuine "natural" aesthetic decor feel to it. The rug is heavy weight and thick. It feels amazing under your feet, almost like a foot massage. The rug is very textured. The natural colors are amazing (if you are drawn to organic and natural). The weave of the rug is very tight and well made. I just wish the rug was a little less thick because I got a smaller size for the space it was intended- it still works beautifully in the space I have it in. This rug would be incredible in a large size for a large area, like a family sitting area.

The rug is beautiful and looks elegant. However, it sheds more than my dog. I have to vaccum at least one to twice a day. It is very difficult to clean and therefore locks in dirt. I would not recommend this rug in high traffic areas. I love the rug but it's not worth the money if you are using it in the family room.

Gorgeous, soft and full…. For the first week. Sadly the dreaded carpet fluff shedding started and after 6 months, it sheds fluff just as much as it did on day one. Finally gave up and donated it to someone who wanted it despite knowing my challenges. Sad to see it go, but will not miss the daily clean up of the shedding.

We have had this rug for a few months now and are still so in love with it! Placed the 8'x10' rug in our bedroom as our landing pad so not too much traffic. We don't wear shoes in the house so it has kept clean. Beautiful workmanship, insulates sound and heat well (we do use a 0.5" cushioning rug pad to help with longevity), sheds as expected, and will keep as long as we can. A quality product and we would definitely buy again.

I would order this rug 100 times again! I love it. It feels great under our feet. Didn't expect it to be as soft as it is despite reading the reviews lol.

I guess I got a dud because the quality is really poor. Unlike in the picture, the string that holds the braids in place is visible throughout the rug and loose in many places. On one side it has missed several loops entirely. Although I like the color of the rug it is very brown, not at all charcoal as described. If my dog had not already chewed up the packaging I would return it.

Absolutely love this rug! It's good quality and looks great in our living room. 1 star deducted because it's a bit yellower than depicted in the picture and it sheds a little (which is to be expected but I wish it shed a bit less). Slightly tricky to keep clean because it recommends not to use beater brushes or bagless vacuums (we have a bagless vacuum so I had to get an old fashioned carpet sweeper). I vacuum with a combo of DustBuster and the carpet sweeper several times a week. It's in a high traffic area with three kids 5 and under so a bit of a nuisance that they are covered in rug fluff, but I am confident it will calm down (we have only had this for a couple of weeks and it's already less fluff producing than it was initially).

I absolutely love the rug !!!!!! It arrived within a few days and in perfect condition. I have been looking online for a living area rug for months ..... We built a new home and have what we believe to be a coastal cottage feel about it. The rug looked exactly as pictured. Just the right amount of tans and some browns running through it but not in any way too dark and very soft to the touch . Looks gorgeous on my dark distressed hard wood flooring.
