Smaller than ADVERTIZED

I purchased a 5x7 Floral rug and it was 2 inches short in both directions, they should have added one more row of braids all the way around and made the rug the size they are listing it as. I am disappointed with that and the colors are dull compared to the picture on the website ad. I would not purchase this rug again. The rug is also very thin and flat. The quality looks fine. This rug weighs 12 pounds and it is an area rug, that is very light weight for a wool rug.

Great area rug, quality is better than expected

Extremely pleased with my rugs from Colonial Mills. The color combinations are muted and exactly as expected-- they compliment my furnishings perfectly. I purchased the runners firsts as a "trial runner". Now, seeing the quality of the work and materials, I'm ordering a large rug for under my kitchen dining table! CBS

Order has shown in transit since 6/24 and a expected delivery date of July 6th. As of this review I have yet to receive this item. I have contacted both customer service and the trucking company and neither can give me an answer as to when this item will be delivered and have already been charged for this!! I would not recommend ordering anything through this company.
