Terrible Customer Service No return calls or email
My rug was dropped off by the street/mailbox. I always state they must deliver to my door due to people stealing in a beach town and also it getting damaged which it was. My run arrived wet and a terrible oder. I have contacted Overstock now 3 times with no return phone calls or emails. I am very dissatisfied and will NEVER order anything from this place again.
