Great rug for high traffic

Perfect for a high-traffic area! Color is great, rug is generously sized and just what we wanted. And bonus -- it's totally reversable when it starts to wear down a little.

I LOVE this rug. The quality, size, and color are perfection. It was such a great price and the quality is that of a $2000 rug. This isn’t my first rug from rugsusa and it definitely won’t be my last.

The Pottery Barn Look Without Paying an Arm & Leg

As good as PB’s jute rug, but s fraction of the price!! We wanted the “coastal look” in our home but with 4 furbabies and 2 being Maine coons we didn’t want to spend a huge “chunk of change” on a rug to get the look we wanted, the rug is PERFECTION and we couldn’t be more pleased!!

Poor Quality, Will Not Last Long

I really want to love this rug. I love that its a natural fabric and that it hides alot, nothing shows up, which is great because it is under my kitchen table. Unfortunatly, after less then a month, this carpet already looks ratty and worn out. It is not in a high traffic area, I do not vaccum it, I have been trimming the bits that stick out, and it is still fraying like crazy. It actually came with a lot of fraying right out of the wrapper. I wanted a natural product that wouldn't off gas, so I thought jute would be great. This carpet will not last longer then a year, and at the price it was, that is not a great value.

Not as good as it looks

Bought a black one for my bedroom over a month ago. Have to keep my vacuum plugged in so that I can clean it every day. The rug sheds a phenomenal amount of fiber each time it's vacuumed and there seems to be no let up. It actually clogged my vac. Yes it looks nice, but keeping up with the maintenance is onerous. Also, the color is more blue than black--and that's not what I was looking for.

Good rug for the money. Texture adds depth to a simple space.

As expected, fast shipping. Not too turned up at the edges, less than expected. Laid it flat, upside down, for half a day, and a few books will do the trick for the little lip around the edge. True, deep, navy blue. Love the texture (visually - jute is not for lounging on). I got a 6’ round one. Considering that I paid $599 for 10’x14’ wool blend rug on Wayfair, I’d say the price is okay, not a screaming deal. But all in all, a good purchase. If you like accenting minimalist spaces with color and texture, this is a good option. I bought the rug pad elsewhere - much, much, cheaper.

Poorly made

Very thin, not durable. All dirt/debris falls through onto floor/under rug. Tons of loose piles. Looks horrible after just one month of use. Odd coloring in the center when opened out of box and has not faded as expected. Wish I could return it but I am outside my return window.

Beautiful rug and durable. Lasts for many years. Had this rug and used it for many years. Holds all of the dirt from my laminate flooring and easily can be shook out!

Pretty Jute Runner

Lovely jute runner. The rug itself hides dirt very well, the only negative is the beige band around the rug gets dirty, and hard to remove scuff marks.

Sheds a lot

It is a beatiful area rug but it sheds a lot. I bought a size 6 ft round rug it’s not that big but it sheds a lot. After through vacuuming three time with filled dust cups, I still see a lot of sheds especially on my black pants. It’s crazy. I received two days ago and hopefully I can return it. Too bad it’s not a good quality rug.

I purchased this rug to add a little bit of causualness to my very formal looking dining room. The look of the rug was as expected, and delivered the overall look I was hoping to achieve. I do like that it looks identical on both sides. In the event that a stain should happen, I would not need to replace the rug. I gave the product four versus five stars as the sides/corners are not perfectly square, but I suppose this is part of the 'charm' of a jute rug. It does shed a little, but the shedding would not deter me from purchasing the rug again. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

Perfect size for my space

The rug is nice for the price. I thought about returning the rug, because of the fraying from the Border. The time it will take to return the Rug. I might as well keep the rug.

Can’t really recommend this .

To say it is pretty would be accurate, but it is poorly made . I struggled to get it laid out and decided to vacuum it , while doing so I noticed that it some ripped seams already and my vacuum cleaner was bogged down by the twine getting caught up in it . I will make a claim on this but I don’t have the strength to roil it up and then carry it to ups .

Shedder

I really like the way the rug looks. My unfortunate feelings is it sheds WAY too much. I have dark wood floors and it’s a lot. It’s also not a comfy rug to sit down on. My family says it’s a bit like sitting on hay. Lol

Wrong color sent twice

I ordered the light purple and received the regular purple. I reached out to exchange for the correct color and they wanted me to completely unwrap it and send photos - I said no and that the tag even had the wrong color listed. They agreed to exchange it and again sent the wrong color. I called and emailed and now I’m waiting for a response.

We absolutely love our off white jute rug!!! It compliments our decor perfectly & is easy to care for, very soft, & I haven’t seen much shedding so far, after 3 weeks. Love it!!!

GOOD QUALITY

I bought this to go under another rug as a layered look. It turned out really nice looking. The edges were a little frayed or rustic looking in some areas which I’m sure is the nature of the material. I thought they would be bound more and therefore have a cleaner line, but it is a learning experience. The thickness is good and the weight is good.

Natural beauty

Works great to tie any room together. Perfect when you need to add interest in a subtle way. Easy to take care of, and handles lots of traffic well.
