The rug is beautiful, absolutely no denying that. However, it does not clean very well at all. I would not suggest it to anyone with pets or those who like to snack in the living room. One drop on this rug and the whole thing might as well go in the garbage. I tried very gently cleaning by hand and with a carpet cleaner machine - not good my friends.

The colors are not as the picture. It has some blue.

Absolutely beautiful rug but beware of the color as it is more a dark bluish gray and I wanted a lighter gray to match another rug in the bedroom. Was ordered for my sitting room off the master bedroom but it ended up looking much better in the master bath so I did not need to return it. Exceptional price value for the quality.

i bought this rug for my living room, and it is beyond gorgeous. It ties all the grays and off whites that I have in the room. It is absolutely stunning rug.

Shreds/ poor quality

The carpet/ rug looked beautiful and soft when it arrived, however after 2.5 months of usage and regularly vacuuming it, the rug/ carpet almost looks like a thin sheet of fabric. It shreds so much that the threads have started to pop out..and this is the result of only soft vacuuming...no brushing Item had loose threads coming out which get entangled and pulled out easilty. There are much cheaper alternatives with similar quality standards. We bought this and got it shipped to Singapore as we believed in the stated quality. This product is far from being from what is claimed to be. Thoroughly and utterly disappointed.
