Rug would’ve been great… without the giant scuff down the middle.

The rug is beautiful- I purchased after seeing one in a local shop, but the one I received has a huge visible mark running down the center from where the plastic was wrapped. I had the option to submit a claim and get a replacement/refund but I ultimately decided to keep the rug to avoid the hassle of returning. Would have been nice to at least receive some kind of partial refund because of the damage but nothing was ever offered. This was my first time ordering from rugs direct.
