Most inept company I have dealt with in a long time. Cannot get orders, returns or refunds straight. Spent hours on the phone and still am having issues. Will not buy from them again.

The burnt orange color is gorgeous! I don't have the shedding that other reviewers mention, though the smell is a little pungent. I'm assuming this will pass as it airs out. Be prepared to cut the pad down to size if you order one. This is no small task! I am still VERY satisfied.

Lovely color but, boy, does it shed!!! I bought the 3 x 5 in red as a sort of "test" to see if I'd like the 6 x 9 size, which was what I first intended to buy. The smaller size, I figured, would be much easier & cheaper to return if I didn't like it. I ended up keeping the 3 x 5, which works well enough in another spot, but I sure wouldn't buy the room-size 6 x 9. There'd be no end to the vacuuming. Top quality wool rugs just don't shed like this. For the price, it's okay, but it's not a heirloom.

The color is beautiful and bright (orange) and very soft on feet. The reason for 3 Stars is that it sheds … A LOT.

This rug looks nice BUT….the constant shedding of the rug is ridiculous! I’ve owned a lot of wool rugs and never had this issue. I’ve vacuumed every day for the past week and the vacuum is constantly filled with dust and wool. If I had known I never would’ve bought it.

As much as I wanted to love it, this rug sheds like crazy. I have red strings everywhere in my bedroom. Transfers to clothes and feet quickly.

This is a beautiful rug, the color rich and quality excellent. Has lifted my dining room into a welcoming place. Can’t wait till my living room one arrives.

Beautiful substantial wool rug. The orange color is as expected, very thick and well made. No smells and the normal amount of shedding so far after a 4 days. I am happy!

I like this carpet. Its warm and cushy under ones feet. It contrasts generally well against my dark gray floors. I feel the color is much lighter than shown in pictures and its a light orange terracotta with not as much red as I wanted. Also, its a super shedder so I used my heavy duty vacuum on heavy carpet mode without the beater bar. I also bought the carpet protector.
