Their response was incredible - they changed our order for us and kept is in the loop regarding delivery without our even having to ask. These good folks exceeded our expectations. They really looked out for us, so that we would not have any hiccups with the transaction or delivery. BTW the rug is gorgeous, also!! We will be purchasing from them again!!!!

The rug is incredibly soft. However, it wasn't quite as vibrant as I was expecting it to be when it showed up. It's very easy to vacuum. It also feels incredibly sturdy.

Quite literally one of my favorite things ever. This Rizzy rug is beyond gorgeous. The colors are incredibly beautiful. This rug is super thick and plush. Extremely well made and durable. The size is perfect for my space and the style fits my personality so well. To say I’m obsessed with the rug is an understatement. Impeccable quality for the price. If you’re looking for a new rug, RUN!!!! don’t walk!!!!

A beautifully, designed southwestern rug for a living environment. Immediately, after unrolling the carpet you can tell it has a softness and great quality to it. The rug is on the heavy side, but that is expected for its size. The price for the design and size was around $500, but it's easily justifiable as the quality and design are great.

I have wood floors and my baby is learning how to walk. This rug is perfect for my family because it’s really well made and it looks really nice. The design is perfect for fall and winter. It’s 5x8 and looks great in my living room. It’s soft on the top part and well made on the bottom. It’s very comfortable and it looks like the design will hold up well. This is perfect for a family room or living room. I’m very happy with this rug.

Design of the rug is very pleasant although a bit darker than what I imagined it to be. It is soft underfoot when walking on it. Looks easy to clean. Dirt and dust comes up easy with vacuum.

I absolutely love this rug! The blue is much more muted like a sage which is actually perfect! The design is very pretty and it’s extremely soft. It feels super high quality and thick! I have already had to vaccum my cat hair off and it was super easy so I think it will be very easy to maintain!

This is a real quality rug. Thick and soft, the colors are much more muted than online images might depict. My dog loved it immediately. Laid down and didn’t want to move. Thinner rugs from Amazon have been a pain to try and vacuum, this actually lays where you put it and allows you to clean it.

Very plush. This rug is so softy and cushy. It is a little duller than pictured, but still beautiful. It is kiddo approved. They are already saying they want smaller versions for their rooms. It is easy to clean and should hold up over time.

I ordered several of the Southwest Style Rizzy Rugs. They are the most beautiful, quality rugs I've seen. They are of the quality of rugs I've seen for twice the price. You will not be disappointed with these rugs. They are thick, soft, colorful and look way more expensive than they are. The back is lined with fabric so you don't have to worry about scratching your floor. I order the turquoise color in a 3x5 for this style.

We like the color - a subtle grayish green - and pattern.The reverse side is covered by fabric, concealing the construction details. This sometimes indicates an inferior rug.
