Sturdy and very good value compared to others.

Overall I'm very pleased with this footstool. It Looks smart, matches our other furniture beautifully, is comfortable and sturdy. It's a great place to put a tray of drinks too. For the money it's an absolute bargain.Only two small niggles, It took me ages to assemble because there was one hole where the bolt wouldn't go in whatever I did. I actually decided it must be faulty and tried to call Robert Dyas customer service which was a frustrating and fruitless experience! Having failed to get through after several long-winded attempts, I had one more try and miraculously the bolt went in so all was well. Probably other people will have no trouble at all (and it's not as if it's the first time I've built this sort of furniture) but if you do then it seems perseverance is the key.The only other thing is I'd have liked something to stop the very slippery cushion coming straight off the top, like a slightly raised edge or some velcro perhaps. I solved that problem by using a square of that grippy anti-slip fabric that looks like mesh and it works perfectly.All in all I would definitely buy again. Less

Absolutely perfect, matches with previous sofa purchase being used as extra seating or footstools. Good sturdy quality, looks great and competitive price.

This ottoman couldn’t be better. Matched my parents’ other deck furniture, the frame is sturdy enough, and the cushion retains its shape. It arrived without a top rattan part, to support the cushion, which customer service quickly resolved.

Slightly darker in grey than the rest of my rattan furniture but still a good buy, does the job, easy to put together, delivered within time stated, & ordering all good, so over all pleased with it

I love th quality! It is good height for a footstool. I didn’t care for the cushion. It was loose, nothing to hold it on the stool. It was made of durable fabric though.
