I ordered this rug to replace one in our laundry room. It looks exactly as pictured on the website and is a nice quality. Both sides are identical so it can be reversed. When using it over a hard surface it does need a non-slip pad - both for safety and comfort and so you don't have to constantly readjust its position. Our old rug had a rubber backing so I trimmed it to the same size as the new rug and used it instead of an actual pad. We love the bright colors in our dark red utility room!
