Awful product. Doesn’t stay bright for an extended period of time and new batteries were used. Have to turn it off and then on to get a bright light that doesn’t even last very long .

Warranty just expired.

This flashlight worked well for 2nd home, walking the dogs at night. It has been used for no more than 2 hours total. Returned this season to find it would not turn on. Replaced batteries, still not working. Cannot disassemble the base without breaking it, so no idea if all contacts are secure. On/off switch is firm. Another one bites the dust.

Love this Handy brite light and is the perfect flashlight to have when there's a power outage. Also, it has a magnetic base which can stick to metal surface and is handy when working on cars.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered 5 of these lights which were identical to one I bought a year ago and thought they would make great Christmas gifts. They arrived in packaging that was all scuffed up and covered with a thick layer of dust! One of the lights was broken. I can't believe Home Depot would send them in that condition! Needless to say, I returned them the same day.

2 days before Hurricane Milton was expected to hit Central Florida I went to Home Depot to see if they had any flashlights left. A member of the staff pointed me toward these ultra bright LED lights which runs on 2 AA batteries and showed me how bright they are. So I bought 2 @ less than $10 each and they worked great throughout the storm.

Best battery operated light !!

This light lamp is better, brighter and so light to carry around or hang in area where needed. It was a life saver during our recent storm, Helene. Better lighting than many flashlights, especially comes in handy during emergency. Great product.

Didn't last very long

This is a very handy little work light but quality is poor. Mine worked OK for a month or two then became intermittent and now does not work at all. Will be looking for a better quality replacement.

Battery charge doesn't last long

It's super bright for while it keeps a charge. It will not last a year. Don't expect it to hold a charge for long. The picture of a child smiling while reading a book is so false. It will blind you. It has to be tilted away from your face.

I purchased two of these lights, which are truly a great product. However I should have checked them both in the store. When I got home, I discovered that one of the lights didn't work. I checked the batteries (included) and found that they had corroded. Once I replaced the batteries, the light worked as advertised.

Love these and give as gifts too. Only negative is they require a "fix eyeglasses" size screwdriver to change the batteries. Original batteries last a long time, but when it starts to dim, fresh batteries will make this SUPER bright. Have had a couple for years and they are very durable (withstand drops).

Nice and bright, light weight, but when I tried to open the back where the batteries go the screw was soooo tiny I couldn’t unscrew it even with a jewelers small screwdriver. Makes it unusable for me so I will have to return both, I bought 2 in case the power went out.

I set it on the step of the aluminum ladder while I reached for my screwdriver It fell to the floor several times... I had to quit working! Night & the house was to be bulldozed. I missed out on entire kitchen full of cabinets the owner was giving me because the entire plastic foot holding the magnet base had come off & rolled under stove, went back early in morning - the house was gone

Good bright light. So useful I now have 4 of them. A bit fragile though, dropped one off of nightstand to hard floor and it broke never to work again, with no visible damage. But they are cheap so not a big loss. Magnet base and hanging hook very useful.

It works good, but I didn’t realize there was gonna be shade from the cage. And if you’re trying to use it on a table that’s glass it doesn’t really stand up, but I had to lay it on its side and it was not quite what I thought, but I was using it for crafts, not for anything else.

It is a nice light. It was advertised as a two for one sale, no mention of 2 for one at the point of sale because I used self service check out. No mention of 2 for one at the floor display. Thanks Home Depot for the bait and switch promotion.

Very Cheap, useless waranty

This lasted just a few uses until the electronics shorted out. I went to check the warranty to see if I can get a replacement and this is their policy:

Very appropriately named. Very handy during power outages. Very handy for all kinds of tasks where there is little or no light. Love it.

Far as lighting, it's a great addition for light in my garage. It's light, easy to use and portable as it has a magnetic base thats metal mountable. Surprisingly, this small work lamp puts out quite a bit light. Pretty satisfied with it.

I love this light. It has a nice bright light with a handle that you can hangup and it is lightweight. I now own two of them. It is great for when the electricity goes out or just to do repairs.
