Very Dissapointed

SO SO disappointed in this chair. It is not practical at all. IT DOESNT LIFT! How does a chair with a lever not lift. absolutely unreal. It is also extremely uncomfortable. Great if you don't plan on sitting in your chair for hours every single day. I really wish I could return it, but it has been too long. So upset.

Beautiful but BAD buy! Here's Why...

I truly had high hopes for this chair, but it has to go back.The PROs-Easy to assemble-Beautifully compliments your home office (nice brass like base without wheels)-Contemporary enough to go in other parts of the home-The grey is nice (although I ordered taupe)--not sure what happened hereThe CONs-The chair does not lift and sits pretty low (I'm 5'5)-The chair does swivel, but can be noisy. I recently did a webinar and as an animated facilitator, I move quite a bit. Heard the playback of the webinar this morning and the chair makes an obvious appearance. It made a sound every time I swiveled or turned in any way, and does so with even the slightest movement. I'm a healthier woman, so I had my niece of 36lbs to sit and make normal seating adjustments and the chair makes the same sounds with smaller bodies.-THE CHAIR DOES NOT LIFT! I say this again, because authorized sellers like Walmart advertise adjustable seating. The chair does in fact have a lever, but it is only to secure the chair from lean extensions (i.e. maintain stationary seating when user leans back)-ZERO back support. I purchased a lumbar pad and although this helps my back, it pushes seating posture forward making it difficult to impossible to rest/sit comfortably in the full seating structure.-The chair cushion is super thin and will likely wear down easily, especially if you're over 150lbs like me.Bottom Line? I would not recommend this chair AT ALL, especially not for anyone who works from home and spends over 50% of the day at the computer.It could work very well for office or property staging, but that's as far as I can go. After assembling per instructions, the chair never raises or lowers at all when pulling the handle. It doesn't change from being so low so I can't work effectively/comfortably/ergonomically. We moved it into our living room since we can't use it in the office.

Great office chair

Great chair. Super comfortable for long term sitting. Really like how supportive the back is. Could use more lumbar support if you are using it for your office chair.
