Love this faucet so much, I bought it 4 times. No complaints. Looks great, easy to use, easy to clean, nice transitional style that goes with almost everything. The only bathroom that got a different faucet was the kids' new bathroom; they preferred a wide, flat handle to this slim rod handle.

We’ve had these over 2 years and they still look brand new. Now sure about install as our contractors installed them, but we love them.

I ordered 2 of these for my bathrooms and they are very nice now that I solved a couple of issues. One leaked from the inside and had to be returned. I might have been able to figure out why it was leaking but hadn't yet figured out how to remove the cartridge. There other one was very stiff. I took the top off with a 4mm hex, popped off the trim ring, and loosened the big nut that holds down the cartridge. That totally fixed the stiffness of the handle movement. They had just overtightened it at the factory. (torque wrench anyone?) Maybe the one that was leaking was too loose? Anyway they are both great now!
