the gazebo is fine. 3 stars bc bought assembly through angi. horrible experience. pro never showed and was not refunded full amount i paid

I want to rate a Zero. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. What I been through its a nightmare. I brought a gazebo in May. Due to being a huge Gazebo I couldn't get the guys that helps us out until August to put it up. When they open box the net was damaged/holes. I immediately contacted Walmart.com and seller. To make a long story short. I spent hours on calls with Walmart representatives, Supervisors, and Manager to get a new net. seller only responded to Walmart when specifically was told to email the customer to resolve issue. Seller continued to reply to Walmart we need pictures. so I sent pictures multiple times.

Beautiful! Sturdy! We just love ours!

Overall, great product. I put it together mostly myself over the course of a few days. My only complaint is that it isn’t as tall as I had hoped around the edges. There’s only about 6’5” of clearance. I was expecting closer to 7’

This gazebo is what I am looking for very sturdy . So happy with this purchased. Took us four days four men to put it together.

Well,it just survived a tropical storm bolted and tapconned down

8000 pieces and not everything lines up correctly. It isnt easy and will test even the most patient person. 5 people, 11 hours only 70 done. Roof pieces have dents and marks, not worth returning since everything else was together. The directions are worthless and leave everyone more frustrated with the process. Cant comment on durability until it goes through winter.

This our second summer enjoying our gazebo. It has made all the difference for the summer months to be able to be outside.

It took longer than planned to assemble and there were a few pieces with dents in them but the finished gazebo looked good.

Perfection! We ordered 2 12' x 20' for our large deck to provide covered outdoor living space. I love them so much, we decided to order one more to cover the entire deck. Recommendation...call 4 young men over 6' tall to put it together for you. It took less than 6 hours for the boys to set up one gazebo. Love, love, love

Love my gazebo! The first one was delivered and assembly set up. Upon their inspection they found a piece badly bent and all 4 pillars scratched. They notified Wayfair right then and a new gazebo was sent which I received 3 days later. I was able to reschedule the assembly team to come out the next evening. Looks very nice by my pool and gives us the shade we needed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER AND FROM THIS PRODUCT

I bought this gazebo 12 by 20 on July 14, and I am writing this review on Aug 09, 2024, we received this item with missing parts and since then I am calling walmart and sending email to seller to send me other missing parts. The seller is only saying I should be receiving the parts soon without any tracking details. I have spent much money and few holes in my yard for partial installation of this Gazebo, what a nightmare I am dealing with this item. Seller is not taking any responsibility and just keep on replying wait patiently. I requested refund from walmart and seller and still have to hear back on it. Extremely worst item.

The product is great. The bolt and screw organization is so much better than anything else. The material is sturdy and looks very nice. The water drainage set up is better than other gazebos I have had. Overall absolutely love the product.
