This was supposed to be for Xmas but I couldn't wait to see how they work since we cook every day. I reached right in and grabbed the hot pan of chicken in a 425° oven, and I didn't feel a thing and the grip is real...well...."grippy" < -- is that even a word? Lol but really, I trust these on my son's hands. Well made and highly recommended.

Provides great protection
These glove can cover half way to your wrist. Both side of the mittens are heat resistant and protect from splashing or getting burned by the side off the oven. I do a lot of baking and these are the best oven mits I have ever used.
