Cloud under my feet!!! Exceptional!!!

I love my new rug! This is the best quality of a rug. I purchased this rug not feeling confident and when it arrived o was truly surprised by the exceptional quality of the rug. I have promoted this website so much through my podcast that people are running to the site to purchase rugs. I ended up buying one and after receiving went back to the website and order another are 8x10 and a runner. I’m excited to read the next reviews.

The fringe doesn’t lay down

The fringe doesn’t lay down straight and we keep tripping on it! Otherwise it looks great.

Great rug/ bad no slip corners

The rug is beautiful, the ramsbury rug looks high end. but do not purchase the no slip 4 corners!! They did not stick to the rug or the floor. I decided to purchase them because of the good reviews and thought they may work better than the less expensive ones, but I was wrong and they are not refundable. Very expensive triangle sticker!

I love this rug!! It made my bedroom look so cozy & warm. The colors and textures are beautiful- this rug would look good anywhere. It looks and feels thick & high quality. For its size & quality, it was reasonably priced. My favorite rug I’ve ever owned!

Poor packaging & returns

I purchased a large rug for a client I'm redecorating for, and was super disappointed to find that the rug was delivered folded in half with no protection around it, and the box was in pretty poor shape. When I unfolded the wool rug it had such a strong odor I could barely stand it. I also found multiple large stains so I immediately started to inquire about a return.....boy has it been a process! I have been offered significantly less in a gift card, and now more than what I paid in a gift card to keep the rug and dispose or donate it. I would really just love a refund and to send the rug back. Knowing what I already paid for one rug and how it was packaged, and now how the return is hoing....HECK NO! This is very disappointing and I hope these things can be sorted out for future clients!

This is a great rug.

This is a great rug. It’s soft underfoot but feels heavy and and well made. It’s beautiful in our living room. The only negative is that the tassels are thin and sparse.

Bait and switch?

A completely different rug than the same style I purchased 2 months ago. What happened? This rug is thinner, cheaper, and a slightly different color. I was very impressed with the original but they clearly changed something recently.
