Customer Satisfaction is NOT their priority!

Such a disappointment! The advertised picture is nothing like the rug I received. I took photos and sent them to the quality team. They said a “slight variance” is normal therefore, I have to pay an $85 return fee if I wanted a refund for the rug. That’s ridiculous! I understand if it was my fault, but the rug I received was not the rug advertised. In the end, I had to settle with a refund on a gift card from them. I will never purchase from this company again.

Perfect. Looked at much more expensive rugs, but this was a great choice.

Happy with the rug for the sale price I paid. It’s soft to walk on and play on, and hides any crumbs/dirt well. Would purchase from this company again.

It looks perfect under my farmhouse table in our dining room. I wanted something I hadn’t seen before, with some pinks, blues and grays. My only complaint is that the pink yarn is shiny. It’s a nice rug, with a short pile, which is what I wanted. Very happy!
